STAY AWAY! TCV DAS discharged my mentally ill family member for using the incorrect pronouns for a transgender man that he was unaware of his pronoun preference. It was freezing outside on that day, and he had no safe… place to go. Beware: Resolve Crisis Service sent my family member to the TCV DAS program, a mentally disabled person, in a cab alone to the wrong address. They sent him to 1000 West Street, Homestead, a drug house that was the location of a home invasion shooting. The correct address is: 1800 West Street. I hope that this doesn't happen to you.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure… ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Terrible place. Don’t bother coming here. The blonde woman at the front desk is the rudest most unfriendly person and should not be working with the mentally ill. They put the wrong… prescription in for me and then wouldn’t return calls to the pharmacy to correct it. I’ve been calling to get my files and calling the record department and it goes to voicemail every time. They don’t call back. Won’t respond to an email either.

It is very resourceful for those whom need extended mental health treatment or housing assistance
