These five stars are for Ernastina Archur. Having problems. Love the fact she knos more about medicine than my primary. Unbeleivable. This lady knows more about medicine than my own primary. Wish she was my primary too.… My experience with miss Artur made me realize that my stress is being caused by my primary. Dropped her and told her that I am sorry that I said any thing to her. Get yourself out of that system.VIRTUA IS TAKING YOUR INSURANCE COMPAINIES MONEY. Would rather support a non profit than give my money to Virtua. So upset this woman thinks she can control me. I DONT GET THAT FROM EARNASTINA ARTHUR. I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE TALKING TO EARNSTINA ABOUT MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS. SHE GIVES ME PEASE OF MIND. Her goal is to help me thrive. Virtuawants to soak the insurance company. Oh, Ernastina, I want every one to know how much you helped me. My older brother says shes correct.

The rating is solely based upon incompetence of their billing department They owed me money for overpayment, never received it. I provided every EOB and every receipt of payment yet they still can’t figure it out. It’s… now been over 5 months of waiting for someone to get back to me. Now they’re billing my insurance as out-of-network. They need to get their act together.

Been calling Lines don't work nor has the process

Everyone that works here seems to have an attitude. They do not have sympathy or empathy for the patients. If your therapist suddenly no longer works here, no one will tell you! If you run out of a prescription, you… have to have an appointment for refills. Which can be a week or 2 out! Even if you HAVE to have the meds everyday or you will go insane. They do not care. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Hope you don't need to talk to someone immediately or have an issue with abandonment or anxiety of rejection based on always getting the answering machine. And if you leave messages. No one will call you back! Therefore giving you MORE anxiety waiting and waiting and waiting. If you miss your appointment. They do not call to check on you. Someone told me "it is not their job to call you" it's not a doctor's job to check on their patients? If a mentally ill patient doesn't make it to their appointment or call to cancel, you would not call them to check on them? That seems to be the opposite of what therapy is. We are patients here because we need HELP. You are supposed to be HELPING PEOPLE STAY MENTALLY SANE NOT DRIVE US CRAZIER.

Just run the other way atp Staff is just careless and malicious

if you’re in crisis don’t go here. they don’t move fast and they reschedule your appointments without your knowledge leaving you without your medication for months. they should honestly be sued. fix your phone line and… get your staff on the same page. every location i’ve been to no one knows what the hell is going on and it’s a shame because you’re wasting your good therapists.

What a great partner to the community and resource for those in need.. So many children and adults have benefited from their caring services .

Went to the berlin location. Unless you like being treated like a number, you like people that talk to you like you are beneath them and you don't have any obligations other than be available in the tiny windows they… are, stay away. I remember the first time I met my current doctor on a video call. She was wearing her pajamas because she clearly had the privilege of working from home durring covid acting like I was taking up her time. I remember when I went in for an in office appointment and asked for a doctors note and she replied with," you just want to make me work". Followed with an awkward silence because our appointment was far from pleasant up until that comment. And don't let me forget when I tried to schedule another appointment last week and the lady answering phones laughed at me and hung up because, "I was already on the phone with her for 5 minutes". Because we couldn't find a day I could be there. I'm off Monday, Tuesday, and almost all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So they only had time to see me between 8-4 on Wednesday and Thursday. but they were all booked up. And that was my fault so she discontinued my medication when i missed the appointmentby an hour. Take this warning for what you will and good luck out there finding someone that will help you. It's not everyone with legacy that acts like this. I can only speak for this location. I've spoken to people at other locations that were very nice. But unfortunately I have to leave this bad review due to the service I received here and the current state of my mental health.

Legacy will waste your time and provide no treatment. Telehealth is not a solution for PTSD treatment.

If you miss your appointment and you get meds prescribed good look getting your script. The m.as are TERRIBLE at answering the phone and calling you back. Michelle alim is the best person there she helps you she goes… above and beyond but the m.as smh they just have to write a message to the dr to send refills to the pharmacy for patients but they don't, my kids have been without their medicine almost a week now. It's the worst

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH My mental health is at a net negative after treatment here. I have more stress and anxiety from trying to get my medications and appointments, than relief I get from the… meds when they actually call them in. I am extremely disappointed in the care provided by this patient factory. The only thing they seem to worry about is making sure you pay your bill. They have made me jump through hoops without my prescribed meds for a month. They had an NP that I was scheduled to see. She quit and no one reached out to her patients. Once again I was without meds and no one could help me. No one reached out to scheduled patients after a practitioner left. They refuse to communicate with me through email so I never know if their emails that they send internally go to who they say they go to. There is no follow up on ANYTHING,. They should be shut down.

Called the front desk because I hadn’t received an email or text with a link to my zoom call appointment and was given an ID number that didn’t work. Called back and was given hostility when I seemed annoyed because who… wouldn’t be when your appointment time is dwindling away and your talking over me when I’m voicing my concerns. Lady literally just kept repeating the times that were available for a reschedule when all she had to do was be professional. But alas she was not and so I’m here with my review. You suck lady.

This place is terrible staff cursed at us hit us and they were all men we were girls I lived here like 3 years ago and I’m so glad I’m not there The staff weren’t qualified to work with children If they ask to send your… child here do not they will not feel safe Just abuse

I have been working at Legacy Treatment Services for one year as a Program Director and I can honestly say that this experience has given me all the more reason to further my education in the clinical mental health… field.

I have worked for Legacy treatment services for approximately 4 years. My first position was part time RN. I am presently working as Assistant director of Nursing for youth with Intellectual disabilities. Legacy… Treatment services, provides group homes which care for youth in a home setting and optimizes center person care. Our youth are involved in various types of activities by all staff. Nursing provides healthcare as well as groups/clubs which involve the youth in cooking gardening work as one to one or small groups. As a nurse you have the autonomy to be creative and provide youth with activities and experiences they enjoy. It is truly an incredible experience to see the happiness and excitement our youth show in their faces enjoying and participating with peers and staff, on visits to the water park, movies, community events or just taking rides with staff to go to the dollar store or WaWa. I enjoy going into work to be able to contribute and be a part of their lives, not only with the youths but getting to know and interact with their families. IT is truly a rewarding experience to be a part of Legacy, caring for our youth. We make a difference in their Life.

You will not find an agency more devoted to its clients or employees! Staff and administration go above and beyond to ensure that the clients are receiving the best possible care and meet their treatment goals. Staff… are appreciated and valued for the positive work that they do. I am grateful to be a part of this growing, considerate organization.

I have been enjoying myself thus far here at LTS. I am Program Director of Cheryl House a (IRTS) program for adolescent youth. I would love a little more $$$ but the flexibility, experience and supportive administration… make it a comfortable journey.

Working for Legacy has been a wonderful experience. I joined the organization almost 2 years ago as ARS Director under the tutelage of VP of ARS, Kevin Kelly. I’ve been working at Legacy for 14 years in several different positions in ARS and at the Mary A Dobbins School. There are opportunity for advancement. I’ve utilize the tuition reimbursement and other benefits. The… downside for me is the health benefits, the health insurance option is horrible. I’ve had issues at several different providers and recently had to change two specialists because of it.
