Can’t recommend Carla enough!! She’s absolutely amazing to say the very least. She’s Helped me through many obstacles, best decision I ever made.

Carla is one of the most incompetent therapists I’ve dealt with to this day. If you want to save your relationship, marriage, etc go see anyone else but this human mannequin. My partner and I reconciled our differences… without her help and if anything she only wasted our time, emotions , and energy. Do yourself a favor and go talk to anyone, but her!

Didn’t like the fact that my therapist did a lot of self-disclosure and discussed things irrelevant and compared herself to Mr during session. Inappropriate and unprofessional ma’am.

We took our 16 year old to Life Line Counseling after he moved in with us. He has been so much happier and out going. Even though the sessions were for him, we were invited in to do some family work together on… occasion. It helped us help him more than we could have imagined. We 100% recommend Life Line Counseling!!

Carla has been a blessing in my life! She has given me practical ways to deal with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. These are real steps that I can take to evaluate situations, current and past. The repeating worries,… shame, and guilt no longer constantly bombard me. When things do come up, Carla has given me the tools to keep my emotions under control. I'm learning a new way to think that is improving my life. I am very grateful!

Super welcoming and homey environment. I’ve had counseling with a therapist there for a while and Savana’s highly knowledgeable about psychology, but makes it feel less clinical and more relatable. This is a place you… can find a therapist to invest in your time into that you can have for years. Stay local.

I do not recommend Savanna…she was very unwelcoming, judgmental, unfriendly, and unprofessional. (Not qualities you would expect from a therapist.) It was so bad and we felt so uncomfortable by her demeanor, that we had… to leave after only 15 minutes of the evaluation process and we were still charged for the full session! If you truly need a lifeline, go somewhere else.

Thank you Carla for listening and providing guidance. I feel as if I have made great strides and excited to see the growth ahead. Please don't think you will be saved in a session. Give it a chance and see the… difference that can be made.

Rebecca is my first therapist and honestly already one of the few people I feel actually is interested in learning about who I am. Not to mention she is charismatic and thoughtful in how she speaks, and is immediately… able to adapt herself to who she is speaking to. She feels genuine in wanting to help. Thanks Rebecca.

AMAZING! I have never seen a therapist before and have had speculations as to if it would help me in my situation or not. I have it a shot with my partner and my whole life changed. Rebecca is more than a therapist to… me, but a mentor. I now have a new job, am happier than ever in my relationship, and have now become a lot me calmer in my day to day life. I just finished my first session with Rebecca and it was everything I had hoped it could be. She is very accepting and really showed me that I am not “broken” and don’t need to be “fixed.” She really put in the effort… to get to know me and build a relationship. She really focuses on meeting you where you’re at and forming a plan specifically for you needs. There was no judgment, it was very comfortable and didn’t feel rushed or like it was dragging on. I will definitely be returning and would recommend if you are looking for a place full of acceptance, this is the place to go.

Ms. Carla and Ms. Connie have been God sent honestly. From my first interaction with Ms. Connie on the phone trying to find a therapist to now I’ve never felt more comfortable and safe with my mental health. This stuff… can be scary for people like me and with guidance we can get better and lead happier lives. I never would have guessed that I’d actually enjoy going to therapy, because in the past I’ve not really enjoyed it. I use to feel like they didn’t really care about me, where here I feel like I matter, I feel safe, I feel like I can get better…. And having BPD you don’t get better but you can handle it better and all my life I’ve never ever met anyone who’s been so open minded and understanding with me about my mental health. Ms.Carla and Ms. Connie are the very best and I recommend this place 110%.

Life Line Counseling basically saved me and my relationship, I was visiting from Canada, after being told there that I couldn't speak to anyone for 4 months almost broke me. I reached out to Life Line and Carla on the… first Monday I arrived in Florida. I had an appointment the next Thursday. The instant relief was huge. Since then has been a journey!! A journey towards a better life for my partner, my kids and myself. The tools Carla has given me to deal with my emotions etc have changed the way I go about my day to day life, which is better for everyone. Not only did she help me mentally. She also put me in contact with a colleague who was able to help with medication. I cannot recommend Life Line Counseling enough. Carla is phenomenal and I can't put into words the gratitude and respect I have for her. If you read this review, make that step! It's not easy but I guarantee you won't regret it.
