Lifelong Inc – Englewood

Absolutely unprofessional. I spent four months playing phone tag and sending emails to the front office, a therapist, and a staff member (I’ve still got them in my sent folder to prove it). They are not motivated to… communicate, are not concerned about whatever things you have to do or the associated deadlines. Do not put yourself in a situation by wasting time with this place.

Its places like this that NEED the 0 stars rating. !GOOD LORD! ?where to start? well.. I currently have multiple civil cases (Defamation, Abuse of Process and Malicious Prosecution) against Lindsey Spraker and Jessica… Fann and Probation officer Gunkel (the MTT). These people refused to hear my "life story" filled with ongoing false allegations and Parental Abduction (my son was abducted by the "victim" in the case). They suddenly discharged me w/o warning, claiming that i violated statutes and ordinances (i did not). Anyway,, They are 100% covered by insurance and hire high priced lawyers,, so they think they can do whatever they want and get away with it! NOPE. Look up the DVOMB standards (LL does NOT follow them). Sue LIFELONG inc. if you get the chance! Blessings

Lifelong Inc. Has been a TREMENDOUS HELP TO ME FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS!!!!! I just finished my last assignment teaching a class and when everyone doubted me and told me I wasn't gonna make it, Brandon and Eric help me and… push me to finish everything is truly at your pace and they truly do care, but you gonna have want it yourself, and do the work they can only lead you to the water but its up too you to drink, My friends and Family has seen significant growth and change in me and of you really take what they teach and take it to heart and put it to practice, then you too can be successful Thank you all at Lifelong for your help and support you had change my life for the better!!!!

How's it going to life long ink for like 3 years I never have visits maybe over the phone when they supposed to come to my house they never come to my house they act like you're helping you but reality they set you up… to get kill in another stairs is not supposed to be talking about and the same part about it play see what's going on

Staff are very rude and never respond or answer the phone and there’s never anyone there when they say they’re gonna be there place should be shut down and closed and they need all new staff or staff that aren’t going… to be disrespectful customers

Much like many of the reviews this place is a nightmare. Let’s start with the therapy groups where Lindsey Spraker personally attacked a member of the group for her mental health issues. Or when counselors will have 30… mins quick calls to check in and bill over 100+ for individual meetings that don’t amount to anything. The turnover rate is even high with employees. With my time there for 6 months, two counselors have quit and I can only imagine the stories they’d have to tell. My main issue with Lifelong is their inability to have price transparency when it comes to their classes. They state taxes and income stubs should suffice but they end up making up their own total based on their opinion of what you can afford…..that’s not a sliding scale. Wash your hands clean of this place and chose somewhere else for your treatment unless you’d like to be in probation longer than the courts have determined.

Stephanie Gutierrez is an amazing woman who helped me in so many ways develop a better relationship with my son through supervised visits. When I relapsed, she continued to encourage me to get back to the great father… that I am without judgment. She's helped me with advice on multiple topics dealing with things such as treatment, sober living, and situations in life. My son loves Stephanie and is very fond of her. We will definitely miss her as our case is close to an end. Thank you Stephanie for all you have done for us

Literally make me want to commit suicide, they are not here to help you they will run you into the ground until you give up on yourself. Lindsey teaches about power and control but is just a regular old human being with… power and control problems as well. For DV womens groups— Don’t be open with them they’ll use anything against you

They took my case in October and didn't read my case report that I gave them within a week of starting so I wasted a lot of money with the wrong supervisor and the refuse to take responsibility for their part of not… doing there job and Ericka has continued to gaslight me when confronted with things. Rammie and Ericka need to be fired. Not professional at all also took over a month to even get in contact with Erika .then I was told I could pay the same 90 since they messed up and then that was taken back and charged 135 a week. They also never answer the phone at the office even though they are there.

These people don't answer the phones. I have tried contacting them every day for over a week to try and get my test results as they told me they would be finished 2 weeks ago and no one will answer their main phones or… even bother calling me back. Terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon Murphy. In short, he changed my life. He was an excellent group leader. He is intelligent, engaging and very caring. He took time for everyone in our group – both within… class and outside. Clearly, he cares about the people he is leading. He is not afraid to challenge those in the group, when that is necessary. Likewise, he is very supportive when that is appropriate too. He did a great job of bringing everyone together and advancing topics that helped everyone in the group. Brandon is the best!

I found a place literally 90% cheaper then Lifelong

Worst visitation place I have ever had the nightmare of working with. If you want unsafe situations and people who are not qualified but just say things to make themselves look better, this is your place! I can't… believe they are even able to operate. Maybe when someone gets hurt and sees the staff for who they really are something will change. Until then, STAY AWAY there are other options that actually care about kids.

Nothing but bad experiences with their Supervised Visitation. Maybe we were spoiled with Maplestar's services, but as a foster parent it has been awful working with this agency. The first visitation supervisor they… assigned us was an intern who didn't know how to set boundaries with bio parents. The second one they got us seemed like they didn't even train them on their policies. Now we're on the 3rd and she has absolutely no respect for our schedule or the needs of the children. She is so overworked and has hardly any times open to actually supervise the children and expects us to bend over backwards to coordinate. Go somewhere else for Supervised Visitation services!!!!
