Private-pay rehab in Colorado typically costs $1,750 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox and $7,000 to $30,000 a month for residential treatment. Those are state-level figures, because RehabSeekers did not find published prices for Red Rock Recovery Center – Morrison at the time of writing.

If you’re a woman I would not go here because the men out number the women 4 to 1 and you have to share bathrooms with the men. I never thought to ask about bathrooms because every where else it’s never been an issue… (I’ve only ever shared a bathroom with another woman). It feels a little like you’re away at summer camp because you share bathrooms with multiple men and a few women. Also you need to be careful to advocate for yourself because they told me 3 days into my stay that I was off of detox when I wasn’t fully functional. When I left AMA I tried to get into other rehabs but was told that I should try to stay there even though I was completely uncomfortable because other rehabs weren’t able to get my insurance to approve me for continued treatment because I was already inpatient there.
I spent 33 days at base camp And was able to detox And learn about my disease and the skills I need to keep moving forward. I am currently In my 2nd month at IOP in Lakewood I love the meetings and the community It has… been so helpful and I would recommend it to anybody
Best recovery center, couldn’t express how grateful for the staff and the community!! Highly recommend!
Beautiful campus for healing.
Amazing experience with detox. Staff makes things as easy as possible, as painless as possible, and checks on you as needed. Food is amazing and the environment of the facility is highly tranquil
Incredible staff and atmosphere! Would come back (but hope I don’t lol)
I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to in this case because RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been, my experience at RRRC was the best by far.… Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober), so I'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to make you as comfortable as possible while still guiding you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. I never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened to me, and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving, my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home-cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so getting back into eating right is huge when you're first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protein shakes, etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12-step programs, they DO NOT proselytize or present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but they don't put up with nonsense. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People have conflicts in regular everyday life. Rehab can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. I was always comfortable in my room, etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kind of dread the times when you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But I was just really impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was there when I was, and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and the other patients are cultivating. In close-quarter, small-group scenarios like rehab, ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork, and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it isn't. So hang in there, and remember to lean on and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're disrespectful, they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of people become very upset for no good reason, and it didn't end well. Don't mistake their kindness for weakness.
Everyone from admission to discharge was amazing and helped me so much!
Staff was great and the food was great
256 days sober and clean red rock helped me kick my long addiction with just 35 day treatment and intense after care after couldn't be happier with my outcome thanks to everyone at red rocks
Absolutely life changing. My kids will never have to live with a drunk mommy and I feel so in control of my own life decisions now that I’m sober. I’m so grateful that I get to live a sober life for and with my children
I arrived at Red Rock a very broken man. I left Red Rock with a renewed sense of self and a true desire to continue and maintain sobriety. Red Rock Recovery Center really helped me understand there was more to my… drinking than just the drinking. By identifying and working through some of the core issues regarding my use of alcohol as a coping mechanism my cravings became more manageable and far less frequent. One of the main reasons I liked Red Rock was because it was structured but did NOT at all feel institutional. I felt like I was simply in a space where other sick people were trying to get better. With the help and care I received during my stay I have applied what I learned to my life outside the safe walls of the recovery center and have maintained continuous sobriety to this day and see myself enjoying the sober lifestyle well into the future. Thank you Red Rock Recovery Center!!
Red Rock has a solid foundation w people who actually care about others at the core of it. I’m extremely grateful to the staff and community of this place and I will always talk highly about the program and most of the… therapists. 10/10 would recommend
So incredibly grateful for this place, I had been in a dark place for quite a while and was pretty disillusioned with facilities like this based on past experiences. I’m just so happy there’s somewhere like this… available for low income people. In my 7 days there they made sure I was comfortable, I learned so much, met amazing people, was treated with respect and dignity, and ate and slept better than I have in forever! They were also really good about making sure you leave with a plan in place. Not to mention it’s beautiful up there. Thank you thank you thank you.
Let me be clear. The people at red rocks were very compassionate and they, without judgment, solved my detalks from alcohol. I found the staff to be very helpful and kind.I do believe they misunderstood my addiction to… suboxone. So I didn't get detox, from that I have talked to the owner and he said that this problem will be solved.I found him to be sincere. And also compassionate. These are good people and I recommend then to anybody that's struggling with an addiction.
I found my detox and residential treatment at Basecamp to be exactly what I needed. I had struggled for over 20 years with alcohol and finally landed here. The therapists, nurses, technicians, leadership staff and… alumni support were amazing. The setting was peaceful with plenty of access to the outdoors on site and off for planned hiking trips. I learned many new skills and practiced meditation and yoga which added even more to my overall well-being. Meals were yummy and nutritious with snacks, coffee and a variety of teas available any time of day. Daily access to the gym with music was also a plus! Thank yiu Red Rock Recovery Center!
Such a helpful team and you can tell how much they care and support you.
It’s been an immense pleasure working with Reilly their alumni coordinator! She takes great care of Red Rock’s alumni who graduate the program!
If your loved one is facing addiction, this is the place to be. The entire staff is professional and caring. My son is now in a Red Rocks sober living facility and has been drug and alcohol free for almost three weeks.… He is excited about being apart of this program and is embracing his sobriety.
This was my first time getting help for my addictions. I learned a lot from group sessions and really appreciated the schedule and staff. I’ve taken a lot of things I’ve learned from base camp with me after. I would… 100% recommend Red Rocks to anyone struggling with addiction.
Loved it… got more tools than I expected going into the program. All of the counselors and staff are amazing and made sure I left way more prepared to deal with life in a more healthy way than I had hoped for!!!
Staff and nurses / clinical staff were very helpful towards my rehabilitation.
