Malkan is great to work with! He listens and works with me on issues like medication side effects and poor sleep. He offers suggestions and support for day to day life and is very open to new ideas!

Shryl Hoag is AMAZING. She listens and really cares. She doesn’t try to rush me or put words in my mouth as to how I’m feeling. She sees me on my worst days and doesn’t judge and listens when I really need her too.… She’s been a god send. She came into my life when I needed her the most and always has the best insight and information. Sometimes all u need is a listening ear and a smile and she always comes with just that.

These people are absolutely amazing people I called to set up a meeting and they were very helpful and pleasant to work with I look forward to meeting my therapist ally for the first time

I called to get an appointment, well....they asked my age (which is 59) and said the therapist doesn't take people that old. Um ok that is amazing-NOT. Keep driving on this place

Excellent staff. The girls up front really know what they’re doing! Lindsay and Ricc have also been a huge help to me. Recommend to anyone!

Update: Lydia left the company to pursue another job. I apparently owe 100 dollars well I was supposed to see Lydia one last time and they canceled my appointment without telling me claiming they cannot let me see… anyone with an unpaid balance yet did not tell me this when I booked the appointment. I took the time off work to see her. When I called the front desk staff was rude and I asked for a manager and the refused saying i would be told the same thing. This really has hurt me worse mentally I needed that last appointment with her and they did nothing to help me. Do not go here all they care about is your money. Lydia was fantastic but the front staff needs replaced with employees who care.

Inflexible with schedules and unwilling to help squeeze patients in or let us temporarily see new providers if our normal psychiatrists are busy. Lydia my therapist is amazing though.

I went to schedule an appointment due to losing my psychiatrist and they only help if you see a therapist through them and they deem it medically necessary. They won’t help you if you have a therapist of your own. It… truly shows the colors of this company.

Tara listens to my opinions and makes me feel seen. 10/10
