Been calling corporate office only ones that answer are "intake" talked to several employees and a few supervisors who all said thay submitted a "ticket"/"request " for higher up to contact me regarding my stay at one… of there other facilitys. Zero veteran resources, no actual treatment for mental health, zero discharge planning spent 30min the day before being discharged taking to someone for after care. No referrals sent. Morning of discharge "we cant your property " so left without property. Get home to find they sent me home with someone else's medicine. Emailed them about my property then they send me an email with a photo "we found your items.... NOT even my property. Ask for full and complete medical records and they won't provide them even with a "demand letter" requesting them. No one has called back or responded back to emails or calls even though it shows they opened the emails (have a open/read email setting) In response to summit behavioral health reply on this post. They have now blocked my number just goes to show what type of business this is and the zero support they have even from higher management
Great place!
The billing department is horrible to get a hold of. I paid my Copay for the Farley Center in May and getting smacked with bills from this company every month. Haven’t gotten in touch with anyone in the billing… department, you have to leave a message but the never get back to you
The company treated me, as a 100% disabled veteran with a tbi, as trash. The corporate exec I dealt with was unprofessional. She used terms like “retarded” but then would call ME unprofessional. I was told they would be… sensitive to my disabilities, yet the corporate exec I dealt with reprimanded me about being confused with what is “important.” I couldn’t ask questions or I was “disrespectful.” I would not recommend as a veteran, patient, or employee.
Facilities were reasonable but billing practices are deceitful and harassing. After being quoted in writing for one up front cost for 30 days of treatment for my son, we are being billed for 300% of the agreed upon… costs. When asked for an explanation, they refuse to send a bill, answer any communications and only send one way emails demanding balances they cannot justify with official bills.
