North Florida Evaluation and Treatment – Gainesville

I had a very positive experience with the staff at North Florida Evaluation And Treatment Center. The team was professional, compassionate, and treated everyone with dignity and respect. They took the time to listen,… communicate clearly, and provide support throughout the process. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff truly cared about the well-being and recovery of the patients. I appreciate the dedication and patience shown by the nurses, counselors, and support staff. Thank you to everyone there for the hard work and commitment you provide every day.

Great professional staff

Absolutely disappointed! I’ve been visiting my brother usually on weekends with no problem, security never gave us a problem. However, I went on a Sunday and I took out my phone and started recording my brother while he… was entering the building to see him. All the sudden the supervisor security just rudely came out and said cancel their visit because she was taking pictures and recording and there is no recording allowed, mind you I did not see any signs that said you cannot have any phone recording allowed. I understand if there’s signs especially in front of the DOOR OR INSIDE OF THE BUILDING noticeable for people to see, but I looked and did not see anything. Correct me if I’m wrong. However, she could’ve had me delete the video since I did not know and gave me a heads up. But sadly she was very rude that day. I traveled far to see my brother, not sure what she is going through but that is no way to treat people.God bless her. So heads-up do not use your phone to record anything or take pictures or your visit will get canceled, thanks to the security who apologized for her, at the front. I looked everywhere for signs and didn’t see any, not even at the parking. So it’s something they need to put at the front door, especially for people who travel far to see their loved ones and get treated like that. Thanks

Why is this place still in business? Reading the reviews should be enough for the Governor to do something about the management at this facility.

Unprofessional I had a bad experience with one of the workers there, she had a bad attitude the whole time and was unprofessional, this place needs to do better when choosing who they hire. her name was Dajah I… believe...

All I ever see come of of this facility are security camera videos of patients being beaten half to death by other patients, and zero staff or security responding

I was assaulted with unecessary force which created an injury with ongoing pain by staff and failure to provide adequate medical treatment.

this place is HORRIBLE, the staff never answers the phone or gets back to you. they fail to provide any information about my brother after numerous phone calls. my brother isn't getting the help he needs besides just… pushing meds. I would not recommend. they do not truly care about the patients. have yourself or family member go somewhere else.

I had left a review a little while Er a year about this place that wasn’t so good. They have changed tremendously. The staff there are thorough and care about their patients. Ms Kaye up front makes sure you get checked… in and goes beyond her job detail to care for you. She’s so awesome. Jared is the head man there now and he is fair and does a good job. This place overall is about as good as it gets when it comes to methadone treatment and a methadone clinic. I can no longer afford my treatment so I unfortunately have to leave. I’m gonna miss Ms. Kate and some of the other staff. Thanks for being the shoulder to lean on guys!!
