This is a great clinic. It's got its issues, but having been on the program for over 6 years across multiple states and at multiple different facilities, I can assure you this is one of the BEST clinics I have ever been… a part of. They REALLY care, and if any of you know what it's like being at a bad clinic then you know what it's like to be treated like dirt and talked to like you are just a druggie.. Springfield is NOT like that. They really care, and I have made leaps and bounds in my personal recovery since I have been lucky enough to be here. Give em a try if you are at the end of your rope.. you dont have anything else to lose.. some of you quite literally if you were like me..
Great experience, helpful, caring want to help you! They don't just turn you away they don't give up on you, and give you as much support and help they can!
They have helped me so much there, but you would want to have help to even get the help you need.. if you’re not ready then don’t go until you are ready to get the help they provide. They have an amazing counselors… there I have had like 6 maybe 7 counselors there so far and not because of me but because they move to another place or retired. They are all understanding there and very nice..
This place is amazing. Finally a clinic in Eugene/Springfield area that is super friendly, helpful and actually care about your recovery. They make treatment being about YOUR life. Not the clinics life 24/7. Great, plus… the pill wafer disskketts are so much better than the syrup methadone!
they are wonderful people that work there.the nurses are nice and very knowledgeable ,they all jump in to help you with anything you need.they really care about you as a person .
By far the worst methadone clinic I've been to, and I've been to a lot of clinics. I've never been turned away from asking for help except here. They basically told me to go out and get a habit of street opiates before… taking me in because I took prescribed opiates. I would never tell anyone to go here to get help. And I work with the homeless and addicted. Shame on you STP
Staff doesn't seem to know policies of the clinic, often wasting clients time when clients are at their lowest and struggling to recover.
This place is life changing. The clinic staff are amazing and the nurses treat me like a human being. Five stars all the way
Rude staff as a RS Nemt driver point of view
I'm a raging addict & I need all the help I can get & I love 💘 my Fetty!!!
This place has changed my life completely! And the staff is VERY friendly and understanding as well. They make you feel welcome at all times and they do change life's. Me and my boyfriend both started going here… together and it has changed both of our lifes for the better instantly we are 100% grateful and so much more happier now!! Thanks for everything they've done for us!!! Thank you guys SO much!! I don't know where we'd be without this place and you guys!!! Thank you and God bless!!♡♡♡♡
I definitely have ups and downs with being a client at this clinic. But I think that is also part of early recovery. My first counselor, Miranda, was the worst social worker I have ever had and i have been to way more… treatment programs than I'd care to admit. But I asked to switch and they made that process very simple and now i have Mary as my counselor and she is super caring and warm and makes me feel like I'm a person and not just another junkie. We are people too. We have suffered enough criticism and stigma being on the streets and it is nice to feel like you are being treated like a human. Plus the dispense nurses are amazing and caring and are so nice to me and my son on the days he has to come in with me. Overall I'd say they're doing a great job considering the circumstances.
I was waiting for a friend who I was giving a ride. They were extremely rude and irate. I told my friend if they need a ride again I'll be dropping them off. Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life.
I just drop her off now the journey begins
Beware of "AMY". She is a informant. You will be profiled by who you talk with. She will help plan your demise.
Amazing staff.
