Phoenix Center – Mount Orab Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 149 Mercy Boulevard, Mount Orab, Ohio, 45154. Brown County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

My life changed at this facility. I will forever hold a spot in my heart for all of you who helped me. Thank you staff for each part you played in restoring my faith in people again. Thank you for the smiles, the jokes,… the good mornings, and everything in-between. Thank you for having the patience needed for a person like me. Thank you for introducing me to I68, who baptized me and brought me closer to God. Thank you!!! Sincerely, D.W.
I love it here. Please can I stay longer? Courtney and Thomas are the best(the Homecoming King and Queen of TPC). They put their lives aside and sometimes even sleep here to ensure our recovery sticks right, or else you… miserable losers. Coach Greg drives from the greater Ironton area every day to make sure we turn out as good as his son. If I improve my footballing, he will talk to my judge for me, and Jesus. Michelin star cuisine every Thursday.
Meh.
This place is a joke. My husband was cheating on me the whole time he was here and got away with it with the staff
Staff is overworked, understaffed. More concerned with documentation and billing The program is a joke. You spend more time watching television about recovery movies than anything else. The counselors are more worried… about filling out paperwork listing where you are that actually giving counseling or helping you in recovery. Three out of four meals was hot dogs and macaroni and cheese. Nutritional value is absolutely non-existent.
This place is an absolute joke. Let's mention the fact that they file for foodstamps for everyone when they come in to the facility and keep everyone's cards. They say that they use them to stock the houses with food… but they don't. They are bringing in food from food banks and food pantries that is old and expired some of it is moldy. So where is the money going?
Place is a money scam. My boyfriend was sentenced to 90 days here and a few days before he was getting out they told him he had to go to a different rehab in Lima 3 hours away from his job and kids. He gets there and… sees the same people that run Phoenix there. There just trying to get money and keep charging insurance and say its a new place when its all run by the same ppl
They don’t help you. They use their positions as power and control each and every patient. They make the rules up as they go, if you do something they don’t like they take every piece of dignity you still have and make… you start from scratch. The staff will act nice to your family while they treat the patients horribly. They know you come in with nothing and they have no plans or set programs to help you get anywhere once you get out, it’s a sketchy adult daycare at that, these men need help getting GED’s and license along with so much more and they don’t do anything but force religion upon them and make them relive the choices they made as if they don’t already they have done wrong hints why they’re there in the first place.
Beware staff shows favoritism, i should've went somewhere else
It's a sinking ship
If I could give this please a half start I would.. The rules are based off starts the behavior prison. They pass out cigs one by one. No one else can use your lighter. God knows if you get caught somking lol when you… have no cigs you get trouble. Last I checked giving someone a cig isn't lending and barrowing. That's giving it away. Letting someone use a lighter is not lending and barrowing. Smh. They are so wrapped up on who is sharing what with this person and that person. I'm fr convinced they only care about control. Not the help you need. That place is insane. I would look else where and not go here!!
