Jenifer Cowan is honestly the worst counselor I’ve ever met. Very unfriendly and cut the session in half every single appointment. If you get her cancel it immediately she doesn’t listen.
Our 1st experience was way more then we expected. They totally understood our situation and made us feel like we were making the right decisions.
I have worked with proactive in Twin Falls and Boise, both have been adequate. Knowledgeable staff, and doctors. Very helpful, and gave me the medications I needed. I recommend ketamine therapy to anyone suffering from… depression.

I went in to schedule an appointment last week at their downtown office and the 2 girls up front were very unprofessional. They were painting and watching South Park. They were giggling at the show while I was… scheduling my appointment and said “oh sorry, we’re watching South Park.” That’s not professional whatsoever. Hopefully those girl will get more to do. In the meantime, I canceled my appointment and will not be rescheduling
Wonderful place 😍! I have seen a huge difference in my kids in their behaviors, and attitudes. They are always happy to go. Very friendly staff, and environment.
