Reading through friends posts… a doctor left and the friend ran out of meds before they can get him in… yall deserve all the one stars you can get. Do better,

I HOPE THEY CLOSED THIS FACILITY DOWN..

I’ve been seeing Brandy for quite a few years and have not had any problems (or so I thought) however, Kim, the so called office manager is nothing but a problem. Considering she works closely with the mental health… population, you would think she would be a little nicer. Not so much. Her ignorance and rudeness goes beyond any I’ve ever experienced. When asking for Brandy to call me ASAP because I’m having an emergency, she says “I’m not telling her anything, you can go to an emergency room”. Are you kidding me??? She proceeded to tell me how she’s 60 years old (as if that mattered) and that I could talk to her when I have an appt in 2 days. So when I show up at the day and time I was told, Kim says I missed my appt, that it was earlier in the day and not the time I showed up. I also work in a physician office and know the difference between 2 and 240. I’m in awe at the unprofessional manor in which she conducted herself and the fact that she is an office manager. That behavior would never be accepted in the office I work nor in any other dr office that I have ever been in. Thank goodness I wasn’t someone on the verge of suicide because that could’ve been exactly what pushed me off the edge and it’s sad that no one in that office could recognize that. I will be moving on to better options.

Trust the reviews, Ashley and Nicole are very kinda, friendly and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed talking with them, however Brandi is cold, judgy, and makes your visit extremely long and uncomfortable. I stoped going… to this location because of here and updated my thoughts and reviews anywhere possible to save people the time, money, and energy spent dealing with this business.

I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I’ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn’t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy… princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn’t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan.

Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more… ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor.

Office is friendly and they find the right therapist for your situation. Good place to go if you want help Sarah was able to help me through a very difficult time

This place used to be amazing years ago. I'm not sure what happened in the last two years to make this place go downhill but it is unfortunate. A year ago I tried to go in for my appointment after going here for years… and was turned away because I didn't have my new insurance card on me. When I asked about paying out of pocket or getting billed later I was told that I couldn't because insurance does not allow that. Which may be true but you would think a mental health place would figure out how to make sure people are seen. Also, what would have happened if I did not even tell them my insurance card changed and had my appointment anyway? I'm wondering if I should have just done that. Regardless, I called a couple weeks later asking to reschedule and was told they have to check to make sure they take my insurance then they would call back. Never got a call back so I ended up calling a few months later and trying again. The woman said again she would call me back about my insurance and still never did. So finally a year later I needed documentation for an excusal from Jury Duty so I figured I would try to schedule then. I got my confirmation text a day before and texted C to confirm my telehealth appt. My zoom call was supposed to be at 4 the next day. I called the office at 4:05 letting them know I did not get my zoom link so the receptionist said ok I'll let your counselor know. Now an hour later I never received the link or another call. No information at all. I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get an appointment with a counselor. I give up at this point trying to schedule with them and will move on. It is unfortunate because I did like the counselor and spent years with her before all these issues.

Continued to order me to take medication that gave me serotonin syndrome even after I expressed I was having a bad reaction to the medication.

Just about everyone in the place is extremely rude and disrespectful. They wont call you back or call you back days later. Absolute trash of a place. If you think you have problems now, be grateful and stay away from… this location. You'll come out with way more problems than you went in with. Only person that worked and was extremelyyyyyy nice and would go above and beyond was dude with all the tats... Sadly I think he's gone now.

Awful, rude, pill pusher staff who don't listen to a single word you say, just want their money and to rush you out of there as soon as possible.

Really rude and seemed not to be attentiveto a word I said, and Melanie was her name and had a dry personaily. Then I had Sarah and I feel she just brushed me off. I now attend a outside counselor by the name of Adele… at Old North Church in Canfield and she is awesome. Doesn't take insurance, and she has a full schedule but she is so well worth it. I wouldn't send my dog to Psy Care in Austintown

Sarah and Rachelle are great. The administrative staff needs to get it together, though. When I first started going to their office, I was seeing a counselor for 3 months before they told me she doesn't accept my… insurance. Later on, I received a letter saying my case would be closed since I hadn't been in in a while. I called and asked them to keep it open, which they said they would, and then I received another letter stating my case was closed.

Extremely rude staff that only cares about money. These people should not be working in mental health at all.
