I have referred family and friends Caring and compassionate people work here. Very professional, and care is available even if there are financial challenges.

Cannot recommend. I posted a general post on social media asking for recs on where to seek care and they replied not once but twice asking me to reach out . I reached out and no response and another staff member had the… gall to respond to another post encouraging me to reach out . I have insurance and only inquired about getting in/ making an appointment . Completely ignored . Give the facade of being available but clearly are not . Found another office that has been wonderful to work with .

Stacey Schulte single-handedly gives me hope in our country’s healthcare quality. She listens to you, and even more; she really hears you. Her empathy for what you’re going through is palpable, and she will work… diligently to find a solution (and I’d consider myself a rather complicated case!). If you’re looking for someone who will really take care of you and your psychiatric mental wellness, Stacey’s your girl!!

I am updating this review due to serious concerns about my experience with this provider and the facility’s handling of it. During my appointment, the provider disregarded a diagnosis I had received earlier this year… after multiple appointments with another clinician and indicated she believed my condition was something else, despite my clearly answering “no” to several core symptoms required for that alternative diagnosis. That original diagnosis was later confirmed by a second psychiatrist, and my therapist also concurs. However, after the appointment, I discovered that an entirely different diagnosis was submitted to my insurance than what had either diagnosis that had been discussed during the visit. This diagnosis does not align with my documented diagnostic history, the conclusions of other providers, or what was communicated to me during the session, which raises serious concerns. Regarding the appointment itself, there were multiple red flags. I was initially told I would be contacted to schedule after completing intake paperwork, which did not happen. While the front desk staff member I eventually spoke with was helpful and got me scheduled, I was contacted the night before my appointment and told my paperwork was “not complete enough,” despite having been submitted two weeks earlier. Instead of requesting clarification or additional information, I was asked to completely redo the intake forms. During the appointment, it became clear the original paperwork had not been reviewed beforehand, and I was asked the same questions again. Within a single session lasting under an hour, the provider dismissed a diagnosis that had been established and later confirmed elsewhere. When I disagreed with her assessment, I was told I was being disrespectful. The interaction felt rigid, dismissive, and collaborative discussion was not welcomed. A follow-up appointment was scheduled and then effectively canceled during the same conversation, yet it remained on the books. I had to call the office multiple times myself to cancel and request reassignment to another provider. I never received a call back, the appointment just disappeared. Mental health care requires careful evaluation, collaboration, and respect for patient history. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on the inconsistencies, lack of communication, and how concerns were handled, I would strongly caution others to proceed carefully.

Stacy Shulte has help my autistic son with his behavior issues. She finds a solution to help! I highly recommend her!

If I could give negative stars I would, I Tried calling the office to make an appointment with Dr. Papagiannopolous and was put on the line with Wendy, she told me I would be unable to make an appointment with the… Doctor or any Psychiatrist that works there, she was incapable of presenting a reason why other than the doctor said so, and I when I politely asked to speak with the doctor myself, she hung up on me without a word. I attempted calling back again and got hung up on again without saying goodbye or apologizing. Please, DO NOT waste your time on this establishment for any kind of treatment as they hold implicit bias.

I have been a patient on and off for 10 years to process LIFE and all the massive curb balls with it. I love my therapist and the one she took over for too. This place has really changed my life. Thank you.

Dr fredrich took money without asking . Although she is a good Psychologist I don't appreciate people taking money without my permission .

Racial and Implicit Bias know who your counselor is and lack of diversity in the staff and clientel

My son passed away earlier this year and I looked into counseling services at Samara Care. The counselor I am seeing has been wonderful. She's been flexible, encouraging, a good listener, and has helped instill hope in… me. She provides a comfortible and safe space which is helping me to grow as a person and cope with my great loss.

I’ve known this organization for close to 10 years. This is an incredible counseling center that helps people achieve their greatest potential with compassionate and spirit-led counselors. This organization provides… excellent, compassionate, and focused care to all people regardless of their ability to pay.

The people at SamaraCare helped me though my darkest days with love, perception, wisdom and God-honoring practical suggestions. I wouldn't go to or recommend any other counseling service.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here at all!!!!! Very Rude and unapologetic. Customer Service is horrible.
