Finishing classes here was easy and straightforward. Sarah at the front was helpful / got me in and out. She always explained how many classes and hours were needed to complete. Thank you Sarah!

Great experience. I had a one star review by accident. It's been a great clinic Megan has been super helpful wonderful counselor easy to get along with and is always available at her schedule office time. Would… definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for court or personal problems.

I just finished classes that I needed to do for an out of state requirement from 17 years ago. From beginning to end, Sarah made sure I got what I needed and Meghan worked with me to schedule classes to meet a slim… deadline that met what the other state required in the timeframe expected!! The sweet lady that did Risk Ed on Wednesdays was an excellent teacher and really a great person! I learned so much that I could apply to my life even now, and she gave me some great suggestions for support for my daughter who is 12 needing help coping with effects from having an alcoholic father. Prices are very reasonable, and they worked hard to make sure my paperwork got to Wisconsin so quickly —Scott took the time to get it in his heavy workload before vacation. Everything was much appreciated and I was very impressed! I highly recommend Care Clinics to anyone needing these type of services!!

I had emailed and called a few places before this clinic, without any luck with them answering the questions I had or replying to emails. As I went through the process to meet court, DMV etc. Requirements the people I… encountered just had an attitude with people they encountered, sort of a looking down on everyone because they are going through this process. When I called this clinic, from the beginning to the end Sarah responded to every question I had through the process and followed up with either an email or phone call and sometimes both. You never truly know what someone is going through while juggling various demands, so I sincerely appreciate the warmth and kindness of great customer service during difficult times—it's a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you for all your help Sarah it was greatly appreciated.

I am an attorney who concentrates in helping clients obtain driving relief through the Secretary of State. I have used Care Clinics for over 20 years for my clients seeking driving privileges through the Secretary of… State. The team there is very friendly and helpful. Scott the Director and his team are very efficient and easy to work with. His documentation needed for the Secretary of State hearings are always complete and accurate and viewed as highly credible by the Secretary of State. This is what you need for a Secretary of State Hearing. Clients always tell me how much they have learned at their treatment sessions and how much better their life has become:)

The woman at the desk was very nice but Scott was rude and rubbed me the wrong way. He said he needed to interview someone who knows me sober so I gave him my mom’s name but he said to have her call him. He also wanted… my medical records from a treatment I attended 13 years ago after a DUI before he could complete the evaluation. I just got weird vibes from him and this place — they can keep my 125$ and my unfinished evaluation, I’m going somewhere else. Tools for Life didn’t need anything that this place “required” and finished my evaluation the same day with a much better experience. There was no wait time and the evaluation went fairly quick. Never would I recommend Care Clinics to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.

Classes have helped me and worked out my life work ethic and structure my daily life activities. It was more than a DUI case it was a life change . Thank you for your service Megan. Will be back soon for my counseling

If I had to choose a facility to go to it would definitely be this one forsure. the staff are great they'll answer whatever questions you may have they're flexible with your schedule and just overall a good facility to… go to hands down

Care clinics was able to efficiently aid me in completing court ordered requirements, and provide me with valuable education and tools to assist me everyday!!

I would not advise anyone to go to care clinics. Scott messed up my evaluation. I got labeled as a high risk when I clearly wasn't according to two other evaluations. Now I need an attorny to correct their mistakes. All… they want is your money. Dont know why this place is still in business

Ok so I been talking with these ppl for a good while now I'm ready for them to see if they can help since I spent so much wasted money and time I can't ever get back if they can help me I will make it my business to… direct ppl to this place on my name. And fir helping me, if they can. If not thanks in advance. Be there soon let the work begin it's up to Mr to our in and up to them to find out, where did it go wrong at??? I like the soft voice over the phone it's scary but easy, I been hurt to many time by the state. Lord sind me a sign. On God. Bless us all to get our life in order. Amen. Once his over I will let you all know, where I made it out and to come to this place. Then I will give it all stars and more.
