Care Addiction Center LLC – Geneva

This is my first time experiencing an addiction recovery program. But I can honestly say I've never been part of any program (of any kind) that has counselors and leaders with bigger hearts! I was recommended this place… by my therapist, and can honestly say it was not only the best decision I've ever made but the most life-changing decision I've ever gotten to experience. As soon as I started, I could instantly tell that the counselors and leaders weren't just there to do a job but genuinely cared about every patient who entered their program. It was amazing to not only get education and tools on how to go through recovery but also how to cope with life outside of recovery with a tailored made schedules for each individual. This program also has amazing outside events for its patients in recovery, such as game nights, movie/book club nights, and more. Care Addiction Center is more than a program; it's a beating heart that saves & changes lives! I can honestly say it saved mine! If you're looking for a program that can get you to that next step when every other programs or every other solution has not worked, I promise you if you follow their advice and tips, you definitely will. I'm grateful to have met every single person a part of this program! I don't think there is a better recovery program that really exists; especially for its affordability. I know I'm biased, but there are many who would back that! I'm genuinely so grateful for these counselors and leaders and the many I've met who joined me in the program along the way!

BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This center was perfect for me because I am not a very social person and the small group sessions were perfect. Also, the small group allowed for me to learn more and get the most from the program.… The instructors are very well versed and knowledgeable about addiction. I looked forward to going every day. Our group became very close knit and we do activities together outside of class. If you do not want to be just a seat filler and actually get something out of your recovery journey, this is the place.

Overall rating 3.0 stars. The therapists here are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Their delivery is a bit off sometimes to patients and can be rude at times but isn't anything too terrible. However, from my… personal experience there is a lack of professionalism that puts the patients treatment at risk. There was also a minor issue with my insurance which I made aware to the manager but the resolution was never communicated back to me. Overall, was a good experience and I'm glad I completed the program but I wouldn't recommend this facility to loved ones.

The administrations here is so rude and so are the therapists

A wonderful place filled with compassionate, professional and sincere supportive staff. A balanced and structured program that offers an excellent opportunity and experience for anyone interested and willing. A true… place to call ‘home’. If you’re in need for this structure, I could not recommend this place enough - from the first phone call you will also feel that instant connection (I have heard this experience from several others as well). This was my first attempt at asking for help for my alcoholism after 5 decades of drinking. This program is excellent , the counselors are the best at explaining our disease and giving us the tools and knowledge to live… a life of sobriety. The manager of Care Addiction is always their to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely suggest this program if you are having issues with addiction to drugs or alcohol. They will sincerely help you and if I can do it there is definite hope for you. I must add the key to becoming sober is listen to the counselors , do what they ask of you and I promise you will be on the road to sobriety! And it is a wonderful feeling and life is awesome!

The one on one and letting us bond as a group to help each other is what makes this place feel like family. A family we all need at this time.

The owner and clinical director Matt Goff… lives up to and exceeds the name "CARE." He is a genuinely great guy and will do everything he can to accommodate you and make sure you succeed. Matt has also built a fantastic team of therapists, Tori and Alice are very well informed and experienced, both helped me in more ways than I can communicate. To whoever is struggling, there is a solution! Calling CARE is a great place to begin your journey.

Care was truly an eye opening experience! Everyone from the staff to the other patients were amazing people.

This is my second time at Care Addiction Center, I wasn’t ready to change the first time back in 2019. This time I made the decision that I was going to do whatever was recommended of me, which is why I reached out.… Matt Goff who runs the facility, welcomed me back with open arms after messaging him this second time around when I needed help. He didn't message me back he picked up the phone and called me! Their wasn't an ounce of judgement in his voice, just pure concern for my well-being, and he remembered details of my time there from 6 years ago. 100's of people have come through that facility in that timeframe, and he picked up from 6 years ago remembering me without missing a beat. Not only that, but I got in to meet with him the next day, and I was in a seat at the facility for IOP the next night. Which was a huge relief, and a large weight had been lifted off my shoulders knowing that I was in great hands. Alice is another amazing person at this facility. She has been my guide through this very difficult process of recovery, and is one of the finest therapist’s I have had the pleasure to work with. She leads groups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and does family groups on Saturday, along with her individual sessions as well. She figured me out the first day I met her, which was refreshing and much needed. She understands how confusing and overwhelming addiction can be, but breaks it down in a way that makes sense, and keeps things simple for a brain that is healing itself. It was meant to be for me to cross paths with Alice. Torri is another phenomenal person at the facility, and a therapist at the facility that leads the groups on Mondays and Thursdays along with her individual sessions with clientele here. Her infectious laugh, and incredible intelligence in all modalities of the recovery process will make you want to click your pen and take as many notes as possible to learn how to overcome this disease of addiction. She will tell it how it is, but give you a hug when you need it. Nurse Jerry is one of the kindest down to earth people you will also meet during your time here. During the medical assessment he not only performed all the necessary medical exams with pure professionalism, and integrity. But he also had a heart to heart conversation with me, that made me feel welcome, and let me know that I was not alone in this process. There was no rush, just cared about my overall well-being which to me is huge. I don't take these reviews lightly, especially for something as serious as addiction. But if you want to take the first step, or whatever step you are on in order to change your life, then this is place for you. They will do everything they can to help you succeed, but you have to want it! Thank you everyone at the Care Addiction Center, you have truly changed my life and I can't wait to see what else I can learn from you guys over the beginning of my recovery process, and the rest of my life! This is truly a spectacular program!!! Matt, Alice, and Tory are there to help and definitely there for you to succeed. Dedication leads to graduation. Alice is is the best counselor I've had she holds you accountable… and takes no shit and that's what I need to succeed. I truly appreciate them!! I highly recommend 🤗

CARE has changed my life in the best way possible the counselors are the great and I learned a lot more then I thought I would I thank them for this positive change in my life.

Sleep deprived at 3am in an airport at Roma I write this as a testament to care, I was able to enjoy my time in Italy sober thanks to the wonderful people there.

I highly recommend Care Addition if you are ready to begin your recovery journey. After a terrible relapse, and at a time in my life when all I wanted was to go to sleep and not wake up, I made the call to Care. By the… next evening, I was in IOP starting on my path to recovery. I never felt treated as a number or a dollar sign. I know the director and counselors really did care if I lived or died. They were always available when I needed them in a moment of crisis no matter the day or time. They ensured a positive and healthy group experience where I felt safe to be honest and open so I could truly start to heal from past trauma. And I know I am not just living today but thriving because of them. And I’m so grateful for the recovery family I now have thanks to Care Addiction.

Paid $720 for a dui evo, and a dui evo update . But if you get denied by the state they will refuse to do a response letter. Even though the state requires them to . Stay away from this rip off place. Now I have to do… it all over again pay again for a new dui evo just for a response letter .

Excellent team of individuals that understand what is like for individuals that struggle with addiction and know how to properly work with each client individually.

Care Addiction Center is a huge part of my recovery! I absolutely love how personal and tight knit groups are. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and thats what I needed coming into recovery. The counselors are… AMAZING!l and I couldn't of done this without their care and compassion. This place truly does CARE. I will forever be grateful for these people.
