About Santa Fe Health Services – Santa Fe

Santa Fe Health Services operates from 1549 South Saint Francis Drive in Santa Fe. The site sits in Santa Fe County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Agua Fria, Arroyo Hondo and Conejo. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Detox and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Santa Fe Health Services

Withdrawal management covers opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Stepping down into continuing care happens with the same team, so there is no second intake to sit through. What a first week looks like differs between providers more than the level of care name suggests.

Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Santa Fe Health Services Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 1549 South Saint Francis Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87505, in Santa Fe County. The catchment reaches Agua Fria, Arroyo Hondo and Conejo. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

I'm not going to lie I'm a Gucci shut up no sugar coating the clinic is very helpful for the services that they offer but in times when they're needing to be open it seems like somebody's always late I am a patient at… Santa Fe health services and I go once a week and I'm always there before they open just recently passed 2 weeks they have gotten a little bit better about being on time and opening the clinic at 5:30 a.m. I hope you guys can keep up the good work I've been a patient for little over a year.
