I just started seeking therapy there and I like it. They are a set of very competent therapist. I love the diversity factor.
Whoever does the scheduling and answers the phones here is very incompetent and makes the experience unnecessarily more complicated and challenging than it needs to be. Not worth it.
I had a difficult experience with this provider. I needed signed medical forms and a prescription sent to my pharmacy . Despite calling consistently for weeks, the forms were never fully signed, and the medication was… never sent ! I also had TROUBLE reaching My psychiatrist Dr Gabriel through their office it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received call back ! FOR ANYONE NEEDING TIMELY PAPERWORK OR PERSCRIPTIONS, I highly suggest look elsewhere ! Because this place have made my depression & anxiety worse ! Good luck everyone !
