Like the fact that they are a non judgement facility,my personal experience with the staff and nurses are great. All have been very welcoming and understanding being that this is my first experience with a methadone… program. I personally would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is wanting to get on the program especially if it's their first time.
Nurses and counselors here are very kind and caring.
Awesome clinic that has gone above and beyond to help me with myself and addiction..in recommend any one struggling to give them a try
Been going here almost 2yrs now, and I like the place for the most part. Just whenever you wanna do anything that requires paperwork omg!!! It takes forever! So that literally makes me just stay at the phase I’m at… because of the long process. idk if some of them are just lazy, or if they have more patients then they can handle. But paperwork takes weeks-month to be processed. If they could find away to speed that process up I’d give 5 stars. They’re just frustratingly slow! And the therapist freeze your dose for every lil thing. Just to say hi sometimes my dose is on pause until I go upstairs and say “hey I’m not up to nothing much, hbu?” That’s it 🤷🏽♀️P.S Laura is the best person there sorry not sorry lol I love her. 🙌 Laura gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️by herself.
This is a really good clinic you are in and out dosing and the nurses and staff are really good people. Great place !
I go here, I have since December so it's been 6 months now. And while I like it here and everyone is so nice and kind. Everything moves slow. I understand they have other people and other paperwork being pushed through,… I've just personally never been to a clinic that is this slow with process paperwork. Like every 30 days you're eligible for phasing up if you're doing good and everything looks good clean urines etc I've had clean Urines for almost 2 1/2 years and been here 6 months and STILL coming in twice a week. The last clinic I was at I had already gotten 2 weeks take homes by the time I was going on my 3rd month! So if paperwork could get processed faster this place would be great! So for that reason I'm only giving 4 starts!
I liked it there just didn’t like how they check ur meds. So I moved clinics

Starting point is great! Most of the staff is super friendly and great you with a smile which is hard to find at methadone clinics. The nurses are the BEST!!
