Suquamish Tribe Wellness – Suquamish Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 18490 NE Suquamish Way, Suquamish, Washington, 98392. Kitsap County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Suquamish Tribe Wellness – Suquamish Reviews and Ratings
Reviews give a sense of Suquamish Tribe Wellness that a service list cannot. Patients write about the staff, the structure of the day and how they were treated as individuals.
Read what has been shared about this Suquamish program. If you have been a patient there, consider adding your account.
I experienced retaliation from a female counselor, ML, and her mentor SD. This facility is behaving abusively to very sick, vulnerable individuals that come to them expecting help and support in their journey of… recovery. Some courts don’t even accept this treatment center due to its instability and lack of proper monitoring of patients (I.e. they do not UA and they give certain favored clients one test while the give other clients another. There’s also a level of sexism and favoritism between patients. They don’t appreciate honesty and will condone and praise the people that lie; mostly because it makes their job easier to not deal with problems. They cancel appointments regularly and don’t inform patients of this before hand, so you show up to find your counselor is out sick yet again. I will be surprised if they stay much longer under these conditions. I would recommend West Sound Treatment Center Poulsbo or S'Klallam treatment center in port Gamble.
