Hands down the worst mental health service I've ever encountered. Appointments are once every other month if youre lucky. Enrollment is only 1 day a week at 8am in which you may not even get in. The receptionist is the… eptiome of the work "karen", completely unwillingly to work with you. And generally i feel worse everytime i walk through their doors. Also good luck if you ever need to call them on the phone as they never answer and wont call back. Youre better off going without treatment than going to this severly underfunded, understaffed, uncaring, and futile option of recovery. In fact the only reason it gets 1 star aside from the fact that i cant go any lower is that the cost is manageable. Which considering the service isnt really even worth your time, much less worth your money.
They have been a lifesaver for me. The people that work with you are so caring and fast to get back to you. I have nothing bad to say and have told many people in need to go see them
