United Recovery Project – Hollywood Detox and Rehab Services

United Recovery Project – Hollywood carries a listing for partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

United Recovery Project – Hollywood Address, Location and Contact Information

This facility serves Hollywood, Florida. This address falls in Broward County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Is this place still in business? I’ve been trying for a week to get a hold of somebody at admissions with no luck. When you call nobody ever answers. I submitted three email forms with no response and I never see Chat… being online. Considering they can’t get their act together enough to Respond to admissions inquiries I can’t imagine they can provide any decent level of treatment. Every other place I requested info responded very quickly.

After leaving my first 30 day detox, I didn’t know what I had left to learn, but I trusted in the suggestions of my therapist and moved on to PHP in Hollywood. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my adult life.… I’ve grown by leaps and bounds both mentally and spiritually Facilitators have given even more tool to fight this disease called addiction.

If you are serious about changing your life, United Recovery Project is the place to go. This facility truly saved my life. From the moment I arrived, the staff and medical team welcomed me with compassion and treated… me like family. Recovery can be one of the hardest things a person will ever face, but the team here goes above and beyond every single day to make sure you feel supported, safe, and motivated to succeed. The houses are beautiful and extremely comfortable, which made it feel more like a home than a treatment center. That environment made a huge difference for me because it allowed me to focus on healing and building a real foundation for long-term sobriety. What really sets this place apart is the people. The staff genuinely care about every client and will do anything they can to help you succeed in recovery. They don’t just help you get sober they help you build structure, discipline, and a plan for living a healthy life long after treatment ends. Because of the support, guidance, and tools I received here, I now have hope and a clear path forward. I’m incredibly grateful for everything this program and the staff have done for me. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction and truly wants help, I cannot recommend United Recovery Project enough.....

Place is terrible, They Honestly do not care about keeping you sober, its all about money. Male staff flirt with the female's and stir up drama. They bring you into a office during group time and sit there while you… write them positive review with some coaching.. Very awkward

If you’re looking for a safe and healthy place to begin your recovery this is the place to go! The staff is very caring and the treatment program works. A lot of what I learned here saved my life not just from addiction… but from my recent cancer battle too. I would not be alive today without URP. They have made such a huge impact in my life and the lives of my family. 10/10 recommend!

URP’s PHP is the transition that I needed before heading back home. It was structured enough to keep me grounded but gave me enough freedom to go about my life. The support they offer is unmatched and they make sure… they introduce you into the recovery community.

The program overall is great, and glad that I came to this level of care. My therapy session with Michael are amazing. The groups are a huge help especially being in early recovery. The staff really cares and wants to… see all of the clients succeed in their recovery. Staff is very motivating and encouraging, they take is to and from 12 step meetings. They take us on outings to the beach and Everglades. Also provide transportation to the gym everyday and also grocery shopping. Really happy with the level care, and my decision to come here.

When my son first arrived at Genesis House in October, he was in such difficult shape that I wondered if I would ever see him whole again. He was disheveled, wearing a single shoe, and weighed down by struggle. Even the… roadtrip to get him to the facility was absolute chaos. The staff welcomed him with compassion and gave him the structure and care he needed to begin his recovery. Now, just over a month since his discharge, I can see the restoration taking hold. He takes his medicine faithfully, as he now seems to understand the importance of proper rest and a stabilized mood. Last week he stood for family Christmas portraits, children by his side, looking healthy, clear eyed, smooth skin, and a radiant smile. Those photos reflect not only progress, but the wholeness he is striving toward; due in large part to the wonderful care he received at Genesis House. As his mother, I was a strong and persistent advocate for his health. Relentless would be putting it lightly at times, but Genesis House met that energy with patience and understanding. If you are a parent who is in fear of losing an adult child to their mental health struggles, then you know the desperation that you feel when you worry that this may be your only chance to intervene so you cannot afford to blow it. Genesis House didn’t just provide treatment; they navigated that process with care and thoughtfulness. We will always be grateful for the role they played in his journey.

This is such an amazing program! It’s by far the best and most meaningful Inpatient Treatment Facility that I have ever had the privilege to be part of! The staff at URP is second to none, I still speak to the alumni… coordinators Brian and Sarah weekly, we truly have fun at the outings and stay connected with alumni meetings and events. I’m grateful beyond words! Thank you!

URP truly saved my life. I began my journey at their detox center, Genesis House, feeling completely lost. Thankfully, after some incredibly compassionate staff encouraged me to stay, I decided to continue into their… PHP and IOP programs — and that decision changed everything. At the PHP house, I didn’t just begin healing — I learned how to live again. I learned how to be a person, how to be an adult, how to love myself, and how to show love and respect to others. I came in broken, and over time, I started putting the pieces back together. There were so many moments I thought about leaving and going back home. But every time, the staff talked me through it. They encouraged me to give myself — and my recovery — a real chance. Because of that, I stayed. And now, here I am, 8 months later, living a life I never thought was possible. Even though I’ve completed the program, the support hasn’t stopped. URP still checks in and continues to care. That’s not something you find everywhere, but you find it here. If you’re struggling and unsure whether recovery is possible: It is. It works if you work it. Give yourself the chance.

This place is a joke. Not luxury in the least. For the $20k I paid and however much they’re attempting to collect for my insurance, the treatment was subpar at best. The facility had roaches in the kitchen. I was very… uncomfortable there. Staff was nice, but they are basically just babysitters. Food was one step above hospital food and always served cold as it would sit until someone got around to serving it. I would steer clear from this place if you are looking for more one on one. Salespeople lead you to believe it’s wonderful. Minimal outdoor space with dirty furniture. It’s just horrible.

I chose this program after being witness to a horrific tragedy. The admin staff are great sales people, but this facility and the services provided are horrible! The Riviera Beach location is by no stretch of the word,… luxury. It gives half-way house. On my first day, the staff gave some of my clothes to another patient and I was walked in on twice by male patients while in a clear glass shower. The next morning, my makeup and toiletries were given to another patient that arrived the same day. The treatment is also horrible. The first week is all intake and therapy doesn’t start until week 2…not effective when the program is only 21 days long. I left after 2 nights, which is a nightmare because they lock up your belongings and hold them hostage. If I could give no stars, I would!! There are much better safer options in Florida!

My time at United Recovery Project was nothing short of life-changing. From day one, I felt safe, supported, and understood by everyone there. The staff genuinely cared about my healing, and they gave me the tools to… rebuild my life. I especially want to thank the Alumni Coordinators - Brian Noval and Sarah Boivin, who have been an incredible source of encouragement even after I left treatment. Their support and the alumni program have helped me stay connected and strong in my recovery journey. United Recovery Project didn’t just help me get sober — they helped me find myself again. I’ll always be grateful for the love, compassion, and community I found there.
