About United Summit Center – Jane Lew

United Summit Center operates from 134 Industrial Park Road in Jane Lew. The site sits in Lewis County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Buckhannon. West Virginia draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at United Summit Center

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

How Much Does Treatment at United Summit Center Cost?

Paying privately for rehab in West Virginia typically costs $1,540 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Those figures come from state-level pricing, because no published prices were found for United Summit Center – Jane Lew when this page was written.

The cost generally takes in medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Because what United Summit Center includes was not found at the time of writing, treat this as an estimate. Ask about extras such as medication before agreeing to anything.

I was in the healing house after I completed a 28 day program. After a month of staying there I got kicked out for telling them for the 2nd time I was being verbally assaulted by my roommate. They had the 2nd assault on… camera. That place is a joke. It does not help you with recovery. It does not want you to get a job because the longer you are out of the house the less money they get for you. Through the grace of God I am still sober because of the mission womens sober house in clarksburg. If you are wanting sobriety do NOT go to healing house because the rate of people relapsing and getting high in the house are high. A guy that I was there recently overdosed and died a few weeks ago.

The adult transitional care unit. At rosebud plaza was not a good choice for me. The staff let the patients threaten me. Left against medical advice because of staff and patients. Andrew was very unprofessional. Talks… to patients like he does not like his job. Gaynle was a nurse who was very unprofessional. Those who don't want help so they say about me. I could not get care after I left. I would not want anymore services. Clinic changed.since I received care last because of staff

Receptionists were super friendly. Never a long wait, and I've been with the same dr. For years now. Michelle Ryan is the best in my opinion.

Clean. Restrooms were clean as well. Require masks while inside building. Employees were friendly and schedules seemed to be on-time.

My husband Daniel David Hobbs is a patient at the summit center in Clarksburg WV I think they are overdosing him on his medicine because he doesn't remember me at all. I have been married to him for 11 years and I am… coming back to WV to be with him whether they like it or not!

horrible place. where you are just a paycheck. i feel sorry for people who work there. i brought someone for an appointment and witnessed a staff named abigail liston walters yelling at her fellow coworkers. HR doesn't… bat an eye and id say its because shes related to shawn knisely. it being owned by the federal government im sure if enough people band together we could do something about those horrible human beings.

I've contacted them several times over a week. I've yet to get a response . How difficult is it to return a phone call? If this is how they treat phone calls I can't imagine they treat people any better.

If I could give negative -10 I would care takers are great. Billing sucks, didn't claim on my insurance. Sent me a bill for $960 a year later. They wont answer calls, voicemail or please hold forever. I'm not paying it.… Take me to court

This review is for the PCU (Psychiatric Care Unit) across from UHC since it doesn't have its own page for reviews on Google. That place is owned by the Summit Center. Everyone should be informed that Dr. Rush is the… absolute WORST "doctor" I have ever met. She is incredibly disrespectful, and needs to keep her rude comments to herself for her (and the patients') sake. She also is either very unknowledgeable, or purposely gives false information to her patients just to keep them longer so that she can make more money. That's all she's after; she does NOT care about her patients whatsoever. According to her, 90% of the people who stay there for the full 10 days end up relapsing...yet after it's time for the patient to decide whether or not he/she wants to leave (96 hours of the patient being there), Dr. Rush wants you to stay for the full 10 days, and gets very rude and disrespectful with the patients if they want to leave. So, what does that tell you about her? Yep, it's exactly how it sounds. Absolutely terrible. Very careless and greedy.
