BBC Rehab – Fairmont

I want to personally thank Dr.Salman for helping my son Tyler. Every time I called about him he went out of his way to talk to me and let me know how Tyler was doing. The other staff were very kind as well. Highly… recommend this place for substance abuse. My son was in a meth psychosis when he arrived and they helped me get my son back. I don't work at help4wv anymore but it was always a pleasure working with this facility on so many levels.

I didn't want to leave even 1 star. This place is a Joke. Someone can go in there for Alcohol detox and they shove so many drugs down their throat. How does that even help let's cure one addiction ans give them a new… one. They dont check vitals like they should. It's pretty much a glorified daycare for adults and they keep you drugged. We really need to do better people. If someone wants help truly wants help then they need to get that help not be made worse.

Loved it there. Staff is amazing and actually cares. Dr. Salman who owns it is also a Psychiatrist and makes sure that you are on the right meds that will help you. Detox is 14 days then rehab is 28 days. Ian was my… favorite therapist. Billy was my favorite tech, who is also in recovery, too, so he knows what it’s like. Jenn is also great. So are Lynn & Dee. I recommend it ❤️

My fiance and I went here for rehab and were both happy with the care we were given! People can NOT call you here and rightfully so. No one is supposed to know your whereabouts unless you call and tell them so and that… is the law which is followed by the staff. They treated us with kindness and respect and always showed us appreciation for anything that we helped with. I don't ever want to need them again but if I did I would definitely return to BBC!!

My name is Justin Poland and while I only stayed for 14 days to detox I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a rehab. The staff all care deeply about the patients and the doctor is… understanding and really helpful. I am even considering going back to continue my sobriety with the 28 day program. If you guys want to go to a place where you feel welcomed and almost at home this is the place! Couples are welcomed and they treat you Good.

Staff was absolutely amazing to me. I'm now over a year clean and still think that if Waneta wouldn't had been there I would of been in prison or dead by now.

I was here october 2021 and i had to leave a good review. Dee and her sister and the lead susuan and the nurses were so helpful and compassionate. Yall just gotta wanna change for the better

The staff there are amazing. Their patience and understanding with you when you first go in is above any rating. I would definitely recommend this facility to other addicts mainly because of their amazing staff.

The staff makes it worth your while for sure would highly recommend just for that reason alone shout out to billy,Jen,Dee,Lynn,and can't leave out Aisha thanks a million for your support and help

They people that work here are amazing especially Dee and her sister they are amazing nurses and I'm blessed I got to meet them now I have my life back in order so thanks guys Shirley Britton

My father was there not too long ago for alcoholism and they treated him HORRIBLY. Wouldn’t let us speak with him, acted like caring for him was a huge inconvenience. So much so, they discharged him after 1 week while… incapacitated to a stranger. 0/10 recommend. He says from what he can even remember (they died him all up), it was awful. UHC has been a god send compared to that place, and that alone speaks for itself. These people need shut down.

Absolutely a joke try contacting a patient there my wife about a family emergency nobody can answer a phone wife is on phone restrictions do to there rules an regulations witch leaves me no other choice but to drive and… then deal with there ignorance like I've had to do once already this week as for there method of treatment pushing pills is simply trading one addiction for another but as long as doc gets his money who cares repeated customers GARENTEEs keeping the wallet fat

This is one of few locations in WV that accepts couples and they give you 9 smoke breaks throughout the day. Pizza… Friday! A big thanks, THANKS too Mrs. Susan, Jamie, Lynn and Dee, and the Doctor and his wife. I'm getting my life back together now and I am so grateful for the 28 day program my soon to be wife and I did together.
