Rehabs That Take CuraLinc (EAP)

CuraLinc is an employee assistance program, or EAP, offered through employers. EAP benefits typically include short-term counseling, assessment and referral for drug and alcohol concerns, and they vary by employer program and level of care.California facilities here list CuraLinc on their own websites. Treatment beyond those EAP sessions, such as residential care or intensive outpatient programs, is often covered by a separate health plan instead. Before admission, ask CuraLinc and your health insurer what each will pay for, and ask the facility whether it is in network, whether prior authorization is needed, and what you may owe.

Why Trust RehabSeekers.com?

RehabSeekers is an independent behavioral health directory covering drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment providers.

Every listing has a source: an official register, a licensing record, or details the facility sent us.

Credentials shown honestly. Accreditation, licensing and registration listed separately.

Reviews shown exactly as written. Never edited, never removed because a facility asked.

No commission, no referral fees. Nothing a facility pays for changes where it appears.

Contact details always go direct. Calls reach the facility itself, never a call centre.

Common questions

Answered from what is listed here.

Does CuraLinc cover rehab?

No, CuraLinc does not pay for rehab. Its SupportLinc employee assistance program offers free short-term counseling, a substance use assessment and referral, then hands the case to your health plan, which pays for detox, residential, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient care.

Addiction Care Coaches research treatment options, find out which programs have openings and whether they are in network, and can call the program with you.

Inpatient Rehabhttps://rehabseekers.com/programs/inpatient/
Is CuraLinc the same as SupportLinc?

Yes. SupportLinc is the brand name CuraLinc Healthcare uses for its employee assistance program, so the two names describe the same service. CuraLinc, LLC, a Chicago company founded in 2008, is the legal entity, while employers usually print SupportLinc on benefit materials and portals.

Related brands include SupportLinc+, StudentLinc, FamilyLinc and the Textcoach text therapy platform, all delivered by the same Chicago-based company under a single employer contract.

Employee Assistance Programshttps://rehabseekers.com/payment/employee-assistance-programs/
Is CuraLinc health insurance?

No. CuraLinc is an employee assistance program bought by employers, schools and benefit trusts, not a health insurer, third-party administrator or Medicaid plan. Its counseling is free to employees and family members, but medical treatment is billed to whatever health plan you carry.

There is no CuraLinc Medicaid, Medicare or marketplace product; eligibility comes from your job, not from an insurance card you buy yourself.

CuraLinc Healthcare is an employee assistance program company, sold to employers mostly under the SupportLinc name, and it is not a health insurer. What it provides is free short-term counseling, a substance use assessment and help finding treatment; it does not pay for a detox bed, a residential stay or an intensive outpatient course.

That split decides how admission works. A call to the SupportLinc line reaches a licensed clinician around the clock, and an Addiction Care Coach can research options, establish availability and work out whether a program sits inside the health plan’s network. The bill for the treatment itself goes to the medical plan named on the member card, with that plan’s deductible, coinsurance and authorization rules.

CuraLinc, LLC, trading as CuraLinc Healthcare, was founded in Chicago in 2008 by Sean Fogarty and reports more than 4,400 clients and over 22 million members worldwide across a network of roughly 90,000 providers. The guide below covers what the EAP pays for and what it does not, how many counseling sessions an employer contract usually includes, who authorizes rehab, what treatment costs once the health plan takes over, where medication sits, and how to find a program.
