Why Trust RehabSeekers.com?

RehabSeekers is an independent behavioral health directory covering drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment providers.

Every listing has a source: an official register, a licensing record, or details the facility sent us.

Credentials shown honestly. Accreditation, licensing and registration listed separately.

Reviews shown exactly as written. Never edited, never removed because a facility asked.

No commission, no referral fees. Nothing a facility pays for changes where it appears.

Contact details always go direct. Calls reach the facility itself, never a call centre.

Common questions

Answered from what is listed here.

What is EverPointe Elite?

EverPointe Elite is a high-performance provider network sold by Trilogy Health Solutions to employer health plans in eastern Wisconsin. It is not an insurance company. It contracts with hospitals and clinics and prices claims, while the employer's plan and its third-party administrator set and pay the actual benefits.

Because of that split, two members carrying the same EverPointe logo on their ID cards can have very different substance use treatment benefits.

Private Insurance Acceptedhttps://rehabseekers.com/insurance-accepted/private-insurance-accepted/
Who owns EverPointe Elite?

Trilogy Health Solutions, Inc., which also trades as Trilogy Health Networks, owns EverPointe Elite and runs it from Brookfield, Wisconsin. Its other networks include Trilogy Health Networks, UpWard by Trilogy, Trilogy Works for workers' compensation and Trilogy Direct for direct primary care.

Trilogy's group health networks together serve more than 75,000 members through 24 third-party administrators, and the company states that 99.8% of clean claims are processed within 30 days.

Is EverPointe the same as Trilogy?

No, EverPointe is one of several networks owned by Trilogy Health Solutions, alongside Trilogy Health Networks, UpWard by Trilogy and the Alliance partnership. Each has its own provider directory, so the logo printed on the member ID card decides which network and which directory apply.

Aurora Health Care's own accepted-insurance list shows Everpointe and Trilogy as separate entries, which mirrors that split, so check the card before assuming either one applies.

OAN EverPointe Elite is not an insurance company. EverPointe Elite is a high-performance provider network sold by Trilogy Health Solutions, Inc. of Brookfield, Wisconsin to employer health plans in eastern Wisconsin, and its job is to hold the contracts that set the price of care. The benefit that pays for treatment comes from the employer plan behind the card and the administrator that runs it.

That distinction shapes every answer below. The Elite network is built on Aurora Health Care and Children’s Wisconsin primary care and specialty providers, 19 hospitals and more than 200 clinic locations, and its directory carries a Behavioral Health category covering mental health and substance use providers and facilities. What it does not carry is a benefit document, a formulary or a precertification list, because none of those belong to a network.

This guide covers who actually decides whether detox, residential care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient or medication treatment is paid for, how authorization works when the rules sit with a third-party administrator, what treatment costs before any discount, what happens with addiction medication, and how to work out whether a program in Wisconsin sits inside the EverPointe network.
