I want to give a very special compliment to Dr. Patrícia Teixeira Pinto, who assisted me at the Peniche Health Center in Marés. ❤️ I had a truly wonderful experience! Excellent service, marked by kindness, humanity,… attention, and the caring way she treats her patients. It's so good to find healthcare professionals who, in addition to competence, know how to welcome, listen, and transmit confidence and tranquility. Dr. Patrícia is, without a doubt, the best experience I've had in medical care to date. 🩺🌷 Thank you so much, Dr. Patrícia, for practicing your profession with such humanity and kindness! May you never lack the recognition you deserve. The world needs more professionals like you! ❤️👏

I live in northern Portugal and was on holiday in Peniche. I hit my head on a rusty object. I hadn't had a tetanus shot in 10 years. I went without an appointment on a weekday and managed to get the tetanus and… diphtheria vaccine in a single injection, free of charge, in 20 minutes. The staff who attended to me (the security guard at the entrance, the lady at reception, the nurse who administered the vaccine) were all very polite and attentive. Thank you very much to everyone.

They state one set of operating hours, but when you arrive at the location it's completely different from what's on the website, and the lack of courtesy in answering a simple question is excellent for state employees.

Such a shame this place. I had been denied several times the BASIC medical assistant and on top of that, never had assigned a family doctor. The ladies "working" in this center don't even know their own name. Shame on… you, many people don't even have a job and people with zero competences stay with a stable job and don't even know the most important rules. For example SNS24 confirmed to me that the center has to give an alternative if doesn't have other doctors instead, I just received hundreds NO. I will do all in my power to denounce this place

I went to the emergency room several times with severe pain. On my last visit, I happened to be seen by Dr. Manel Correia. Instead of valuing my history and complaints, he said the pain was "all in my head" and… suggested I have a psychiatric evaluation. I felt disrespected and uncomforted at a time when I was seeking serious medical help. An emergency room doctor should listen to the patient and try to alleviate, not downplay, the symptoms.

I already have a user number, my two children have them too, and we haven't been able to get an appointment. I need to get an appointment for a women's health and prevention consultation. They were supposed to call me.… I've been waiting for months.

Very efficient and professional.

They're asking people to call the 24-hour health hotline here in Peniche, but it's out of service; we could die.

They force us to pay NISS every month and they don't even answer the phone. Nothing different from any other disservice provided by the government. Thank you, communists! 👏👏👏👏

Centro de Saúde com boas dimensões, sempre limpo, e pessoal altamente educado e bem treinado para tratarem e atenderem eficientemente os utentes.

Nao atendi o telefone,para uma simples questao tem que deslocar ate o centro de saude! Um absurdo

Eu acho bem desorganizado pelos que trabalham porque nem telefone eles atendem a pessoa e obrigada a se deslocar - se até o posto para conseguir informações acho muito falta de profissionalismo e empatia. Pra quer ter… telefone se não utilizado para atender e informar utentes. Enfim oque acho. A respeito dos médico e enfermeiras acho profissionais e bom no que fazem dispostos a ajudar e a prestarem informações como devem ser.

É um centro de saúde nada mais 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hoje necessitei de fazer uma chamada para o centro de saúde, após algumas tentativas falhadas desisti, entendo que quem quem lá está a trabalhar tenha outras coisas para fazer mas como contribuinte tenho de reclamar,… pois se existe um telefone para contatar porque não está lá ninguem que o queira atender. Solução ou põem lá uma pessoa competente que faça o serviço de atendimento ou desistam do telefone pois já não é a primeira vez que acontece.
