Touchstone Health Services – Phoenix

I gave it a 2 because the people they assign are ehhhh.. they care to an extent, they kinda leave it to you to figure out everything. Touchstone employees don’t concern themselves or acknowledge how someone is… struggling to even get there in this 100 % plus weather, touchstone assigned me to a facility on the other side of town instead of the one closest to me. Gave it at least a 2 because some of the people were a very nice to work with.

We have not used their services, so I can't speak to that, because out of 3 people, I have yet to get any information or clarification on their young adult program. My daughter was recently met with suicidal thoughts… and an inpatient stay at a mental health facility. Touchstone is across from where I live and has great reviews and a young adult program with family support. Yay! Resources and support for after she came home and with diagnoses none of us are equipped to handle sounds great, right? Wrong. I spoke with one rep who stated you had to have been a member prior to becoming 18 to be in program. 2nd rep stated that wasn't true, then said they weren't sure, then gave me an email address for Megan O'Neal, the head of the program. It is now over a week later and she has not responded to my email. During one of the hardest times of our lives, this place has been a gross disappointment. Not the first time I've been met with a complete disregard for what feels like your world caving in, in an industry that should show they care.

Seems to be the people that are running this company the dollar is more important to them than patient care or the client. So if you want a company that puts your child first and does the therapy over the dollar then… this isn’t the one you want

I would recommend Touchstone my experience with them from case manager to therapy and psychiatry has been wonderful for Or three-year-old who has been through a lot in his little life they’ve helped him be able to enjoy… life and enjoy playing again. I couldn’t ask for anything else and when I have questions or concerns, there are always quick help and get an appointment so thank you grandma/Guardian

All the staff are very friendly and answer any questions. I am very grateful for my daughter's progress. Dr. Hines is 10/10.
