Crossroads Photos and Images

The look of Crossroads is shaped by its Glendale setting. Outpatient buildings show a reception area, consulting rooms and group therapy space rather than accommodation.

Glendale sits in the wide Sonoran Desert basin, where flat streets open onto views of the surrounding mountain ranges, which frames the outlook from the site. The visual character of a facility is part of what people weigh up, particularly when several providers offer the same level of care.

Crossroads Detox and Rehab Services

A Life-Changing Experience at Crossroads I came to Crossroads feeling lost and hopeless. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. Their professionalism and understanding made a huge… difference in my recovery. The programs offered were incredibly effective. I learned valuable coping strategies and made genuine connections with others in the program. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, which helped create a positive environment for healing. The sense of community here was remarkable. Sharing experiences with fellow residents truly enriched my journey. Thanks to Tina and Beau, I’ve made significant progress and feel hopeful about my future. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone seeking help. It’s a place of healing and growth.

Crossroads Pureheart has changed my life. This is an experience I will not ever forget. I have learned more about myself and my battle with addiction then ever before, and I have been on this battle for half the years… of my life. This opportunity to walk in recovery again in my life I will not take for granted. Thanks to crossroads and their staff who have walked with me through this.As well as all the young women who have been in program with me striving for better in life. Thank you crossroads for your efforts to change life's 1 person at a time. Time and time again From day 1 I was supported, heard, uplifted, and educated on how I could walk out the grips of addiction. I was not judged and looked down upon because of the decision addiction lead me too. I was educated on how to change and make change last to better my future. Anyone struggling with addiction would have a lot to gain from being a part of this program. As long as they have the ability to face the truth about self and receive the help to change. Thank you Crossroads Pureheart!

The environment is safe, positive, and focused on real recovery and personal growth. My experience with Pure Heart Counseling Center has been nothing short of life-changing. Completing 158 hours over the course of 19 weeks through their Intensive Outpatient Program—and successfully transitioning into… the Outpatient Program—has been one of the most meaningful and transformative journeys of my life. From day one, Pure Heart provided a structured, compassionate, and empowering environment focused on sobriety, personal growth, and long-term recovery. The program goes far beyond basic treatment; it offers real rehabilitation through evidence-based tools, powerful coping skills, and a strong foundation for lifelong change. The integration of higher-power connections and 12-step programming added depth and purpose to my recovery, allowing me to rebuild my spiritual strength and develop a clearer sense of direction. The 1-on-1 counseling sessions were truly exceptional. Each session gave me space to be honest, vulnerable, and reflective. My counselor not only helped me face difficult truths but also guided me toward healthier habits, emotional resilience, and a renewed belief in myself. The entire staff—from counselors to administrators—showed remarkable professionalism, compassion, and unwavering support. Their dedication creates a safe, encouraging atmosphere where growth feels possible and recovery feels attainable. Pure Heart Counseling Center didn’t just help me get sober; it helped me get my life back. This program grounded me, refocused me, and gave me the tools to rebuild my future with clarity and confidence. I am deeply grateful for their guidance, their encouragement, and their commitment to every individual who walks through their doors. This place truly saved my life, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking genuine, comprehensive, and heartfelt support on their path to recovery. Sincerely, Zachary Hernandez

10/10 would recommend J.J & Nick were critical to my road to recovery, first walking through the doors I felt uncomfortable and out of place but after working thoroughly with J.J & Nick they truly helped me understand… the In's & Out's of addiction and provided education and the tools necessary to become a better person, friend, son.

I can’t properly put into words how helpful this was for me. Nick and JJ were both incredibly helpful and supportive in my recovery process. Nicks teaching style resonated really well with my personality, and checking… in with JJ helped me especially regarding my faith and encouraging me to continue to grow more, as well as getting to know me and offering me personal advice. Learning the why of addiction and taking it from this shameful thing to understanding it as the disease it is helped me in so many ways. Not only was the staff helpful, but it was nice to finally find people in class I could relate to about addiction. I’ve built friendships and brotherhoods here that help keep me and them accountable. The IOP program is great for those who can’t afford to drop everything in life and put it on hold like in a traditional in patient rehab facility. It allowed me to continue growing in all areas of my life while equipping me with the tools necessary to keep and maintain long term recovery. The staff here really does care about your recovery and you. I am grateful to have had the opportunity and experience here. If you’re considering giving up a substance take this as your sign.

Loved this program! First walking through these doors, I had no foundation and shame guilt and nothing. Lost everything in my life. This program helped me to begin to crawl and walk through my sobriety. I truely… appreciate JJ, Steph and Nick! The support I recieved and actually have people understand me and the struggles. Not just people with a license but people who have lived a life of guilt, shame and regret. The way I felt accepted and belonged and encouraged through my process. The support I had and guidance! I am truely grateful for the staff! Now looking back 5 months ago I would've never imagined having a stable foundation. I have my children back in my life! I have a job and a home! I really am thankful and I also have an amazing support group for life! Thank you guys!!!!!!

I had my intake appt scheduled a week in advance and was told it would take about two hours to assess me... So why is it after being there for less than ten minutes and only providing a UA was I told "based on your… assessment, we don't think this is the correct level of care you need..." How the hell could someone make that determination within ten minutes of meeting me and just based off my UA? I was completely honest and I feel that I've been turned away strictly due to the results of my UA which isn't right. I came here to receive help and was ready to begin the IOP program the next day, like I was told on the phone was going to happen. The two guys that I met with in person were far from helpful, in fact, the one came off accusatory and flat out rude when speaking to me. What a waste of time. Don't book people for a two hour intake assessment if you're going to make a judgement call within the first ten minutes of the appt and refuse to provide help. I'll never understand how a program such as this one will turn a person away when that person is actively and willing and WANTING to seek help. Disgusting.

Okay so.. This place has been a HUGE part of my recovery journey. Steph, Hunter, JJ, and Nick are the best staff crossroads has to offer. They gave me resources for literally anything I needed. Therapy, grief… counseling, emdr references, felon friendly jobs. If you need help finding your way, they will help you in ANY WAY they can. They were there for me when I needed it. I am now 7 months sober and moving forward every single day. They’ll teach you the things you need to know to succeed. Their curriculum is awesome and they make it fun. I am excited to go to groups here and meet some sober support. Take ADVANTAGE of what they offer. Also, you can’t go wrong learning how to work out/exercise and take care of your body in the gym. I recommend this place to ANYONE looking to learn how to love and take care of themselves.

I learned more from this program than I have from all the other programs, halfway houses, meetings, rehabs and sober livings I've attended combined. You will get out of this exactly what you put in, and if you give it… your all the results cannot be quantified. They not only gave me the tools to help put my life back together, but they taught me how to use those tools as well. The connection between clients, The compassion of the staff and the structure of the curriculum all make this the most relatable and successful program anybody could attend. My experience was fun, but it also brought out some real emotions that I forgot how feel for many years. Every single staff member cares from the bottom of their hearts and I felt nothing but genuine love from all of them. If anyone out there is trying to change their lives and willing to make an honest effort, this is the place to go. If it doesn't work for you, then you're not trying.
