Dr Vicki sent me to The wrong Specialist. Took me 2 weeks to get into the apt. Then they told me why would your Dr send you here. This is the 3rd time. It takes a week to get your medication cleared with insurance,… because they don't call them in a timely manner. She pushes Pharmaceuticals to her patients like Drug Dealer. Doesn't listen or even remember your last conversation. I've only had issues here. Very incompetent Staff. Go at your own Risk. They care about money only and don't give a crap about you personally. They make you come in for any reason they can. Do better!! We're in 2026 not 1970.

They are very helpful and thorough, there's no judgment. The staff is very friendly and kind and as you continue to visit they practically become family :) I always felt welcome and felt like they were happy to see me,… I don't know what I would've done without them! They helped me tremendously, I am now 3 years clean and counting and I am so grateful for they're counseling and services. I highly recommend.

I transferred from Brightview when they closed their doors and was very uncomfortable with calling a new provider because of the way I have been treated in the past. I am so thankful because the front desk treated me… with NO judgement. My favorite is Dr Vicky she's knowledgeable, understanding and kind! She's no nonsense and always makes me feel better when I leave her office. There is NO judgement and that's EVERYTHING!

Most clinics of this type treat you as a number only but this place treats you like a real human. It's not overcrowded and dirty like most usually are at least the CMS ones . They really do focus on you as an individual… and what is the best treatment for your situation. Been going here over a year now and it's been great every single time.

Sunlight Medical Services is the best place to come if you are struggling with an opiate addiction. Heavy user 10+ years now with 7 years clean. The people here are compassionate and do not judge. They are here to help… you get your life back. I tried thousands of times to get clean on my own, been to medical detox centers, rehabs, you name it. Methadone is the only reason i am alive today. Call them if you want your life back!! Candace and Vicki are the best!!

Thanks to the physician and staff at Sunlight Medical Services for helping me tackle chronic pain, instead of just throwing opiates at the problem! I have always been a complex patient, yet "Dr Vicky" seems to be the… only physician not willing to give up!

I initially was very excited about starting talk-based therapy at Sunlight, but after over 3.5 hours in their facility, $150 spent and emotionally grueling questionnaire after questionnaire, either this isn’t the right… facility for me or something is wrong with their approach to handling new patients. The intake appointment was already overwhelmingly long and the fact that I wasn’t told it would be over 2.5 hours is reflective of their lack of consideration for patients’ time. The therapist robotically read each question off her computer screen, I tried to provide answers with little ability to give context as we rolled from one question to the next. I almost wondered if I was being committed and was visibly nervous, plus it didn’t help that her office was 85 degrees and the heater was blasting. I tried to tell several staff members I did not need to see their medical provider because I already have one, yet they insisted I book the appointment anyway. The folks at the front desk even asked me, why are you seeing her? And I literally said to multiple people, I do not know why because I’ve already got a doctor. Upon arrival for the second appointment, I sat in the office for an hour just to be told I wasted my time by booking an appointment which I already knew was true. I was only looking for talk based therapy at their facility but it was impossible to get anyone to listen to what I was saying. It seemed like we weren’t on the same page at all about my care plan. The environment is sterile, emotionally cold, and robotic with questionnaire after questionnaire on the computer. Sign here, next question, sign here, rinse and repeat. I don’t understand what was therapeutic about any of that. It felt like I was just a number and no one there genuinely cared about my mental health, everyone is just doing a job. I’m sure I’ll get to look forward to a nice bill after insurance inevitably declines coverage for two highly unproductive yet exhausting appointments with their mental health “professionals.”

Everyone at Sunlight Medical Services are so amazing, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind! I appreciate everything they have done for me... And I recommend them for anyone who is battling with alcohol or drugs,… Sunlight will put you on the road to recovery, and ultimately taking control of your life again!

Sunlight medical has been great with me. They are easy to work with, easy to talk to and truly want what is best for you. They have been great for my mental health because of the trust they have earned from me which… enables me to share everything that is going on in my noggin .

I was initially very hopeful about being seen here and worked closely with my insurance company to find a facility that accepted my insurance. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were very pleasant as we… booked my first appointment for an intake session. However, after several days, I received a call informing me that my appointment would be canceled without even having the initial intake session. Instead, I was referred to another office, which was over an hour and thirty minutes away. They didn't even ask for my zipcode to assess the commute. Additionally, the place they referred me to didn't accept my insurance. When I voiced these concerns, I was simply given the response to "just call your insurance." I understand that there are internal procedures and assessments made on patients, but simply referring a patient to a location without checking with them is truly disappointing. Patients like us go through a lot to access mental health resources, and medical services should be more considerate of this. Fortunately, I have found another place, but I believe that better communication and patient support should be prioritized for future patients.

Been going for 3 weeks now. Staff is professional and treat me with respect and most important, I'm clean for the first time in 50 years. I will continue to go and trust them to help me achieve my goal, Drug free!! I… would recommend them to anyone. Advise, don't go cause you have too, go because you want to and be honest with yourself as well as with them, makes it so much easier.

Absolutely do not recommend! I would give negative stars if possible! I went looking for help with my alcoholism sense I’m on methadone already for the past three years thru a different clinic I was looking for a change… and am desperate for help. They promised me all that I need and am absolutely desperate for. They would help me thru my alcohol withdrawal and honor my monthly methadone take home is provide me with adequate counseling Two hours into my intake in speaking with the provider which was a very rude lady with an extreme Russian accent. She proceeded to discredit my 3 years clean off opioids because my alcoholism (that I discovered the severity of after getting off heroin) saying I don’t deserve my monthly methadone take home even with my 3 years of clean drug test. But here is the kicker and the reason for this whole review She PROCEEDED TO TELL ME SHE IS GOING TO SEND ME TO PRISON IF I DRIVE MY OWN CAR BECAUSE IM DEPENDENT ON ALCOHOL. OUT OF NOWHERE. We still had hours left of meetings and stuff to do and this lady was just mean, cold, rude, demanding, and over all just a aweful person to be around especially when people are in such vulnerable situations.

This place will give you what you need and ask for is that a good thing yes and no it is all about the mighty $ but I guess I'd recommend it you do talk to a counselor once every 2 weeks alot of other places dont do… that they are all friendly and professional

This place has been an absolute pleasure 🤍 I’m so thankful and grateful that fate brought me to this amazing place. I’ve tried a few other places, methadone clinic(a nightmare for me) a suboxone program, I waited on a… waiting list for sooo so long calling everyday asking my placement and in the end to be let down… all the bad experiences made me nervous and truthfully scared too seek anymore help. My fiancé was almost killed by a horrible suboxone “clinic” given a huge dose that would have never made sense and was not okay along with a Xanax prescription… that would never be okay EVER. I know this amazing place knows to never do something that crazy and deadly to someone. We were honestly so scared to get help again… coming here was such a breath of fresh air, feeling truly cared for and knowing everyone here really wants to help and does what’s right and most certainly not hurtful or damaging to people just for quick money like a lot of places are now a days. Vicky is an angel. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and Dominik. Tiffany you are always so sweet, caring and beyond helpful. I can never ever thank you all enough, I know we’re just at the beginning. But even just the time we’ve got to know you all, you’ve all helped us so much. I can never thank you enough. We Both can not wait to show you our progress. This place is AMAZING!!! If you’re truly wanting help and truly ready to make this huge change in your life please come here. You will really feel the love and accepted. I promise. I’ve been through horrible things trying to just get help and get my life back and I honestly feel this is going to be it for me and my fiancé. My name is Dom. I went to several places where they gave out Suboxone and Methadone. I was depressed and lost hope. For whatever reason, my gf looked up Sunlight medical and we decided to go. I can promise you that this… clinic is something else. Everyone here cares. They listen and they want to help you. Vicky and Tiffany are the best and I am so happy I found them. This is going to be my one and only chance. I know that they are going to be the reason why I am going to get my life back. Thank you!
