Spectrum Healthcare – Prescott Valley

Had a 2nd rescheduled appointment, show up and the Dr. was on PTO, never contacted me to reschedule, they said it was changed to August. Problem, I was never notified.

Keep having to go back to re-fill forms because they lost it or didn’t file.

Hurt my back , I came in for a referral to get an MRI , my mri result came back showing 3 herniated disks, they scheduled me for “pain management “ two weeks out, I asked for some pain medication that would last those… two week while I waited to see the pain management doctor. They only have nurses on staff, no doctors and the nurses refuse to rite a prescription for pain medication, even thou they have my mri result showing I have a severe pinched nerve , also because they don’t have doctor that works here , they cannot give me a steroid injection in the back to help with the pain, How is it legal to pretend to be a doctors office , but have no actual doctors on staff? They made it seem like I’m wrong for asking for medication , but I’m not wrong , they just don’t have actual doctors on staff

I find the doctors here to be able to stretch the truth, but are very upset when you also stretch the truth. It’s very easy to stretch the truth and it would make sense to be on the same page, but no these doctors are… always steps ahead of you when it comes to your personal life.
