Spectrum Healthcare Reviews and Ratings
Patients remember things about Spectrum Healthcare that no register holds: who answered the phone, how the first day went, whether family were included.
If you have that kind of knowledge, a review in this section passes it on.
In a time of need, there was an expectation set by this company that was not lived up to. This company is in the business of helping and healing, but is not present when you need them the most. I do not recommend this… company.
I was there for Hope Inc. They are the greatest bunch of ladies!
The only way to make an appointment, call your doctor, get med refills, etc is through an agent on their 877 number that has at least a 30 minute wait, IF they have anybody working st all. Multiple times I received a… message that no agents were available and to leave a message, which they never return. The turn-over there is ridiculous. My kid's doctors and case managers keep quitting and appointments keep getting cancelled because of it. It's very frustrating.
Awful, don't bother wasting your time I've tried contacting the case manager multiple times. Basically I was told by the reception desk that they're busy and cannot help me out.
This is the most horrible experience I've ever had with spectrum and I used to be with them years ago and ever since they got rid of their Willow Creek location in Prescott. It's been crap. I've had two virtual… appointments with two men and they have completely ignored me. Laughed at me. Wouldn't let me talk. Wouldn't let me tell them what my problem was and the last one ended up hanging up on me. Nothing gets done. They're incompetent there. When you leave a message nobody gets back to you. When you leave a email nobody gets back to you. Nobody gets back to you and you have to see the doctors or nurse practitioners virtually because they're only in offices one day a week. It's horrible. I feel like the doctor is out in Prescott and Prescott Valley are going to end up killing me because they don't know what they're doing up here so everyone be careful and dignity is the worst too. Ever since they took over up here it's been crap! If you notice the five stars are from 6 years ago. Not from now
The best!
Have been going to Spectrum HG for a few years, always got called with lab results and referrals for tests done timely. In October had yearly exam, lab work. Never got a call with results. Made 4 phone calls and left… messages asking for results and for routine tests to be ordered. To date still have not had a response. It is sad that a formerly good provider has slipped so significantly
In 4 years...that's the best experience I've had at this office. Gotta make sure it's the real deal...but for now, thumbs up.
this was a mess! Firstly mid going to my appointment I received a text with a new scheduled time and doctor.. When I got there I was few a minutes late (was a 30 minute drive or so) and was told that the doctor was… scheduled back to back and that I would have to reschedule or wait an hour for a virtual consultation with the doctor I elected to not do that and go find another primary care doctor
* Update, they can no longer schedule me an in-person appointment so...time to move on. Its too bad they are loosing so many providers. I've been coming here for quite a while. Ashley is always so kind and helpful,… she's just the best. Like others have said though, customer service has significantly gone downhill, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment, I've stopped calling it's so much faster to drive to the office which is absurd.
What a joke this place is. Don't waste your time nothing is kept confidential and they don't keep records of the hours you complete.
My "psychitrist" didn't show up for my telehealth appointment.
Don’t expect timely bills from them - it took them 7 months to send the bill for my last appointment.
Selected a doctor here as my new PCP when I changed insurance plans. Called to set up an appointment for the first time. The person took me through the entire onboarding process, collecting all of my personal data and… insurance information. Then, after she had all that, she said "oh, by the way, we don't have any doctors accepting new patients. We only offer telehealth." This should have been the first thing discussed, not the last. Feels scummy for them to collect all my personal info first. Stay far away from this place.
I've been using Spectrum for the last 7+ years and it started great but now has deteriorated substantially. I had severe pain recently and could NOT get into see my Doctor - the wait was 2 months. The hold time on phone… (no longer a local 928 number) makes you want to simply give up. Avoid this place - just not worth it. I have fired them.
I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general, but my experience with the mental healthcare at this clinic was so poor that I feel the need to say something. First of all, I was under the impression that I was seeing… a psychiatrist MD, turns out I was seeing nurses. I have no problem with this. It's the dishonesty, and the lack of communication that bothers me. I saw two different psychiatric nurses, both were cold and did not seem to care about discussing my issues. The second one I saw was very unprofessional, making comments that triggered me. She also did not refill my antidepressant. I still don't know what reason that was for, I attempted to call the clinic numerous times, left messages, never got a response, had to go cold turkey off my anti. depressant, which was extremely difficult and put me in a very bad place. I would never recommend this place for mental health services. She was also 15 minutes late to my appointment, which I understand things happen. The problem I had was she rushed through my session and cut it off twenty minute short.
30 min before appointment time cancel my appointment after waiting and being call and repeat texting 12 step programs are FREE
They keep losing documents I need for court. I am pleading not guilty, was never suppose to be put on meds but it is court ordered so I followed through until I can beat my case. Months later I still don’t have an ROI,… called them today and found out they’ve lost my 3rd ROI form. Times ticking on this company and they are screwing people over with their negligence.
Stay away, stay so far away from these people. They will hurt you not help you.
The only critique I have of Spectrum is the appearance, it could use some cleaning including the bathroom. That’s why the 3 stars. Otherwise the staff were really nice. I was expecting to see a physician in person, but… the nurse who took my vitals set up the laptop and told me that the NP (nurse practitioner) will be on shortly, and that’s how I saw the physician, plus the connection kept freezing up. After I was done I wasn’t sure was I suppose to wait for the nurse to give me more instructions on either appointment or prescription, usually they do. I waited and when she didn’t show up I let myself out and went to the front desk for more instructions.
I've been with spectrum for a few years now, they're always friendly helpful and respectful. They do everything they can to see I get the best healthcare possible
My Dr. Jason I had not seen in a year or two but he remembered me and was very helpful, respectful and professional, I Wii be back!
The Zoom appointments are a great way to access healthcare. It sure beats travel time, waiting rooms and more. It is a wonderful delivery of needed services.
I don't like posting reviews but I feel like I need to with this location. I had Serena Brawley as my "psychiatrist." Don't accidentally call her a therapist or she will talk down to you. And Rast was my doctor. This… office and their call center don't care about their patients. They act like they are better than you and if you're lucky to actually speak with someone there, have fun because they just act like the victims. I complained about the wait time and Serena said she called to "see what it was like"... she said there were 18 callers ahead of her. I asked how long she waited to speak to them and guess what... she hung up after hearing the long wait time, what a shock. Dr Rast was upset at me once for being 5-10 mins late for an appointment so he said really rude stuff and seemed to think it is ok because he is a doctor. I also had an ultrasound and he didn't even bother to let me know the results when dealing with health issues. I have already started going to a new doctor but feel like I had to post this because this company, especially Serena Brawley, should care more about their patients and less about their ego. I didn't realize I needed an appointment for a basic anxiety refill and Serena told me I should have known because I am a "grown man." I asked why the office didn't let me know and she stated she sees too many patients and that's not going to happen. Maybe see less patients and actually focus on your current ones? Also it's funny how they only reply to the nice comments they get or they give you their call center number. If anybody I know ever needs help finding a doctor's office, I will never recommend this staff no matter the situation.
Very professional, thorough, caring, on time or early. Love working with them.
Decent place for medical care
Doctor and staff are top-notch. Great follow up and personal health care.
All was good, except for the med. change, I do not want to change my meds., I tried it, it didn’t work
