Stoneridge Centers for – Prescott Valley

This place is amazing !!!!

My daughter was there for 18 days. Way too long. The doctor prescribed 17 medication and 5 were anti psychotic drugs. This is the worst place ever and then they send her to sober living. She’s sober. Just mentally… exhausted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mental health issues are a joke in Arizona.

I am infuriated at this place. My girlfriend is on probation and was supposed to be attending IOP classes, well the instructors or whoever had kept sending her the wrong info or working on getting her the info for her… to get onto the class via zoom and the case manager KARA reported to my girlfriends probation that she had been non compliant!!! And she might be getting sent back to kingman now and that is not okay at all!!! Someone had better fix this and fix it fast! You are messing with people's freedom and there life!!! She has not missed a single class once she got the right info! She has all the emails to prove this! So unprofessional of kara! I will improve the rating if this situation gets handled before adverse action is taken against my girlfriend ** UPDATE GOING ON ALMOST A WEEK LATER THEY STILL HAVENT DONE A DAMN THING! IN FACT SHE JUST GOT A CALL FROM STONE RIDGE THEY ASKED *WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE* WHAT A JOKE!!! GET IT TOGETHER THIS IS PEOPLES LIFE TOUR DEALING WITH!!!!!

All the staff was great friendly willing to answer all there questions as best as could or would lead you to the right person to speak Tatum is awesome Brianna was very nice Terrah she was willing to go above and beyond… Jesse James Justin And Ryan were very helpful also

My daughter was a client there. Sarah, Bevin, Michael and the rest of the staff really care about the people attending and it shows! Thank you for all your hard work, support and communication with my daughter.

Oh my goodness, this program is so dynamic for mental health and substance use disorders. I am in the right place 1000 times better than the program I just came out of. I’m so jazzed I see light at the end of the tunnel!

Poor communication

the best facility i’ve ever been in, the staff are amazing and give such helpful advice. The lessons they teach here genuinely saved my life, and i’m forever grateful for the love and support they’ve given me. Also,… shoutout to my boy Tim, you the goat ‼️‼️

This place is a joke. They don't do anything they say they do. They lie and don't seem to care about people. They care about Insurance and money...... No help at all. It's all false advertising. Don't buy into the… website. They don't do any of it.

I would avoid this place at all costs. My wife has been here for 3 weeks they're treating like she's in prison and won't let me see her I had to call the police to get her out of the place. They say it's for their brain… but there's a lot of drug people here and it's basically just a drug rehab. The place is run by a bunch of people that have no clue what they're doing. You've been warned - proceed at your own risk.

Absolutely Impressed! Stoneridge has a great program for those needing help with substance abuse or mental health. Staff is absolutely amazing and give off an approachable attitude. Special thanks to Nicole who helped… us from the beginning. So informative and always available for questions. I highly recommend this business.

The doctor and staff at Stoneridge have done an amazing job helping our daughter. The staff communicate every step of the way. They were also very helpful in making a very emotional situation a little more comforting.… Thank you for continuous support.

We HIGHLY recommend StoneRidge. A little history first. Our daughter has been in many facilities in her life and let’s just say they were less than subpar. Most of the time we, my husband and I, wouldn’t hear from her… for days, let alone know if she was ok. Over the years, we had MANY sleepless nights when she was in a facility. Now on to StoneRidge. Dr. Collin’s and the entire staff are wonderful. Our daughter received excellent care and was treated with dignity. Not only did she receive excellent care, she said the food was really good, which is vital as well. Her first few days there she had a lot of anxiety but as time went on she calmed down. We had a constant flow of communication with her the entire time of her stay, serval times a day we talked to her, and we notice a huge difference in her demeanor, a positive difference. At StoneRidge, the Team cares about their patients and it shows. My husband and I greatly appreciate(d) the fact that our daughter was treated like a “person” and they listened to her, adjusted her medical treatment accordingly and she was not just a number in the system. With all this being said, we knew she was ok, safe, being treated properly, and fed edible food; we never had a sleepless night while she was at StoneRidge. This place is truly amazing!

This place is the best. The counselors and case workers are very efficient. It was a good change of pace to get out of the valley .

I am currently a patient here at Stoneridge and they have helped me maintain my recovery over 100 days now I do intense outpatient 4 hours a day 5 days a week they have amazing nursing staff. And a wonderful doctor… whose name is Dr Collins they have all been an inspiration to me and have helped me with my mental health as well. I also do one-on-ones with the therapist once a week this intense therapy is going to be a part of me and I will take this with me as I go along in life

Stoneridge and Dr. Collins saved my life! I have been on this journey for almost 7 years and for the first time found a dual diagnosis facility that addresses not only my addiction but also my mental health. Dr collins… was able to address my medication concerns and listen when I felt a change was needed. The therapists are amazing and helped with every step along the way. I'm back in school, on the right medication for me, and now since graduated from their iop program. I couldn't have asked for a better team in my corner.

This place has helped me change my life. Ive been free from and E.D. since January of this year that I struggled with since the age of 11. I now know a freedom I've never know and I can enjoy life's experiences as they… are. I used alcohol to control my E.D. and the two together took me to many rock bottoms throughout my years of using. I've been to the best treatment centers in the country and STONERIDGE just has something that no where else does. To say thank you just doesn't cut it, Dr Collins and staff. You've changed my life.

This place saved my life. From the staff to the atmosphere created by the facilitators everything about this place is what every recovery center strives to achieve. I was a life long drug addict and found sobriety and… fellowship from within the walls of this great psychiatric center. They offer in patient services as well as Intensive out patient services. The doctor that runs the place has one of the deepest understandings of addiction around. The BHTs that run the floor in the in patient portion of the facility are professional and caring to your every need. The facilitators in the out patient have so much experience and knowledge it feels almost like a collage level course on learning how to cope and understand your own psychology. I was lost and needed to understand what would help me forward in life and this place gave me the tools to succeed and become a contributing member of society. When I look back at what I was when I arrived at the center to the man I am today I honestly get emotional that this place was willing to help me as much as they did. I found help for every aspect of my life. They helped me get my life back and for that I can never be grateful enough. If you choose to attend this center just know you will be receiving the highest level of care and education this state has to offer. If you are ready to live a life of joy and happiness this place is where you start.
