They do not care if you call and tell them your meds make you sick. Therapist just stares at you like you’re special and not in the good way. Going to Southwest for help. Polara doesnt care.

Michelle uamas is quite disrespectful we walked in I usually have no issues with polara and she immediately has an attitude and is disrespectful to me and m girlfriend her client and refused to give us reasoning behind… her behavior.

Prescribed my wife medication that made her sick and no follow up from the nurse despite the health issues she reported before taking the medicine.

I tried to discuss a very sensitive matter. I was 1. Not heard and believed and the executive I contacted rudely dismissed that they would it even look into it or take my evidence. Onstrige sand response. When this… house of cards folds I will not be surprised.

How can you call yourself "Mental Health Care" because you don't care. I was to be rescheduled, but it never happened. And don't bother with their complaint form online they don't respond either.

All that matters is I feel worse going in there than I did before

Poor communication. Appointments are repeatedly rescheduled. No one follows up on medication changes. The wrong medication was ordered. I had to go to the crisis center twice because I couldn't get an appointment of any… kind. This is mental health abuse. I am not getting the help I need despite multiple phone calls.

Much Appreciated. Came last week for my first time to this location. Ashley -at the front desk- was pleasant, & Danielle -in the office for the intake paperwork- was experienced, compassionate & very helpful. Thanks to… these ladies, feeling better about future care here for our daughter. Hopeful :)

This place is a joke. My daughter has had 3 different therapists and none of them have stuck around long enough to be of any help what so ever. Two left with no notice at all. No contact with the patients letting them… know that they were leaving. How does one get the help they need with this kind of issue. There must be something really wrong with this place to for therapists to leave do suddenly with no word to any of their patients. Get your stuff together and maybe you can actually help people instead of pretending to help people.

Great place to find help for yourself or your loved ones. The people there are willing to work with you. Great location ever since they opened up this one, instead of having to drive all the way to Prescott.
