I like the way I'm treated there. They answer all my questions and my refills are on time.
Dr. Oliver Severino is a real jerk; he has no respect. He talks to you like you're stupid, and his attitude is awful. I wouldn't go back to him. Doctors are supposed to treat you well, and you're supposed to trust them,… but he did the complete opposite. 0/10. I'll talk to the medical board to see what can be done about it.
A woman with black hair (heavily made up) was very rude and arrogant. I had to speak to her supervisor because she wouldn't give me a solution as to why my grandfather had been waiting for over an hour and still hadn't… been seen by a doctor! Keep in mind that my grandfather can't sit still for long periods (he's an elderly person in a wheelchair). His appointment was at 10:50 am and he didn't leave until after 1 pm! It's unbelievable how unprofessional they are at this clinic.

Dr. Marquez's pediatrician service is terrible. She doesn't seem to like children; I don't know how anyone can call themselves a pediatrician. Today she treated my daughter so badly that she cried. I will definitely… cancel my appointments. Be very careful with that doctor.
