BHG Murfreesboro Treatment Center – Murfreesboro

I recently transferred to this clinic and I got to say they made it easy and fast this place is very clean and very well designed the doctor and the staff from the moment I got there where very nice and caring. shot out… to Dylan he's a great counselor. I seen some negative reviews but it's mostly from people that are still in denial and don't take this treatment serious but if you're ready to change your life coming to this place would help you but only if you're ready if not it's not going to work for you...

I would have to say if it wasn't for bhg I'd probably be dead right about now they have showed me how to deal with things how to stay away from drugs and me staying away from drugs it brought me closer to my family my… kids and my grandbabies and I really thought that drugs was the only way to deal with life a little bit until my brother told me about it and once I got into it bhg clinic I see things a whole lot clearer now and I feel good about myself now more than I have ever felt in the doctors there did there if you need them the counselors are there if you need them and if I had to say anybody I can do this but it takes strong willpower to stick with it 🙏🙏♥️💯 And have a blessed day

First and foremost it takes a lot for anyone who is suffering from addiction to make the, First step and walk through the door and say that I need help and the last thing you want to see is someone looking at you like… you are not welcome or they don't even care and that is how the front desk lady looked. So make sure Peyton you keep checking the obituaries in the paper for all that you turn alway without any care to what happen to those people. But as my mother says GOD doesn't want us to act this way. But maybe you have to much going on in your personal life. So I can tell everyone first hand that 2025 was a bad year for me, my home burned and my sons dog that he had since he was a puppy . Was 7yrs old died in fire so lost everything and on top of my husband health is bad and now I have found a lump in my right breast so when I went in to the clinic I am at the end of my rope and I was told your my husband VA. Insurance doesn't work without a referral and they won't be able to get that back until after the holidays so

I have been to a couple different treatment centers but this is by far the best I've been part of. Hope it will continue to get better.

Great place to go they care about u as a person they will do everything they can to help they do take insurance if I had known about this place sooner I would have been here a long time ago 10 months later I have… overpaid no one can tell me where the money went just that I owe for the weeks I didn’t pay because I overpaid so not going anymore crazy just watch out if u have insurance about what u pay and make sure it’s right idk what they did with me but if u can’t tell me where the money I paid went why am I goin to continue to go and pay

Dr.Thompson and his nurse are great people.Very understanding, professional,and non judgemental towards patients.

Awesome staff and always been cool in my book. They helped me out alot and on top of that don't judge on anything at all so very helpful:)

If you really want sobriety do not go here. The worst place to try and get actual help. If you just want to use methadone and not have a structured plan to be clean then yes this zoo is for you. Employees gossip and… talk down to you. They make you feel like you are a bother to them when you simply need them to do their jobs. My partner and I was here over 2 years and no other drugs besides what was given. The first year was good under manager Heather. Once she left she took anything good that was there. Honestly we just needed staff who cared or at least acted as if they did. We paid faithfully cash money weekly than monthly. Payton the manager now told me spouse you have been on grant for 2 years. Only supposed to be 6 months. Slammed a small piece of paper in front of us with a website to get insurance and blamed us for her having the grant so long as if it was our job to know..but as usual we jumped through their hoops to stay on our path to sobriety which we had a clear plan but ask them did they care or does anyone of them know what our actual plan was??? So we call and pay 400 bucks for a plan for both of us..come in happy thinking problem solved! No... Linda the front desk lady tells us it's not working. We probably do not take this. Of course we are looking worried and upset because we are out of meds and out of money at this point! But she shows no worry or care at all. Looks at us and says oh I can't call anyone to check so and just sits there staring at us! No solutions just no give a damn at all. So we offer to come back after my partner has to have 2 teeth pulled. Come back and she is like nope can't take this insurance. I was like okay so can we pay what we been paying so we can figure this mess out because now they have 400 dollars we need to try and get back..she says nothing. Makes a 2 minute phone call and says nope sorry. Literally puts her hands in the air and shrugs her shoulders! Nothing. We was put in the worst position because we knew what this meant for our health, for our lives, we knew we was about to enter hell and this place that we been going to for 2 years and mind you we never paid late. We always made our payments before any service. This woman knew all this and she didn't even bat an eye to help give solution or even an apology for telling us to get this insurance in the first place they don't take. This was the last of many problems. They seemed to have personal problems with my wife. 1 1/2 years clean and all of a sudden she pops 3 dirty drug tests for 3 or 4 ridiculous drugs she has never done but when they sent them all back they all ended up being clean which means their employees contaminated the urine. This devastated her and they set us back making us come in day to say for no reason. The counselor literally called her a liar which she had to change counselors. They treated her like dirt over this and we was never treated good in any way again. Even if they didn't like her personally oh well. We pay for a service and we expected it to be professional. Please do not go here if you are serious about sobriety. But hey if your drueling and can't stand up in the lobby they will still dose you. Go get high if that is your only goal! They got that covered. Oh and they will definitely talk bad about you and make jokes of you in your worst times too so be careful how you act and what you say because you cannot trust any of them.

Hands down the worst place to get help or treatment from. Avoid at all cost. These people do not care about helping anyone and it is strictly about money. They should be shut down as they have turned into just and only… a legal drug dealing spot. If you just want to be high every day on street drugs and the drugs they offer by all means join them! You won't get sober here and if you do as I did they push you to go back to using. The first year here was amazing. They had a director that went above and beyond for patients. They got a new one and the place went to hell. No communication. Terrible customer service skills. They will accuse you of things you did not do and call you a liar to your face and treat you with no respect. I'm not a junky on the street you can wave a drug in my face and have me dance like a monkey but apparently the staff here thinks so. I would call above her head if I thought anyone actually cared but sadly I doubt it. Please choose another center if you truly want to get sober

I'm not reviewing bhg in Murfreesboro yet..I was told they do not accept insurance at the Murfreesboro location. Is this true????...Great to hear everyone's responses! My intake is tomorrow thank god...again..thank u… all and God bless

@Teresa Callis, Absolutly False, "They take insurance" and if you dont have insurance they have programs thatll help pay. This place has seen me through my worst and it wasnt even when i first got there. The emotional… and mental support! When you ,for first time have nothing and nobody, its over. NO they didnt run me off,they even made a small food pantry!! Thats true care! It made this man cry

Today showed me how much this place has really made me feel like a person. Not a number or a faceless person. I'm still in the parking lot crying because how much these kind caring people really do care about you and… your sobriety. I can't say how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you for everything. You made a stressful time in my life a bit easier.

Amazing people, normal non judgemental, and so helpful! I. So grateful for bhg And the process that is in place for all of us. I absolutely love it, j can see a brighter future for myself and my kids ❤️

My God BHG is the best! Everyone that works there is the best! BHG helped the best ever! My wife and I are so grateful and we're happy everyday we go there! Please come if you need to!!! Amen, thank you, you're all the… best! Gratitude and saying thanks is not even enough! Truly have changed the course of my life!!! Maybe The only thing that works for opioid treatment.
