I absolutely love this place the people that work here are amazing they really do care about our well being this is not just a job for them it’s passion that they have for each and every one of us. They saved my life in… so many ways.. thank you everybody at SperoHealth you guys are AWESOME!!

The most absolute amazing office hands down. I've ever been to in my thirty six years earth! You walk in and they you feel welcome! Dr. Romeo is the best with treating any SUBSTANCE ABUSE. She connects with you and… doesn't JUDGE you at all! The wonderful counselors are fantastic and very open. Also the amazing women up front are very friendly and helpful in EVERY single time a client walks through the door.

Smyrna staff is the best . Only problem I have is billing . I have commercial insurance from my employer. So to get in to be seen . One has to give a Debit card number to their hired billing services. We have been… charged up to three times the amount of our copay . It comes straight out of our bank account without any warning. This could case major problems with my bank account. When I call the billing service . They talk down to me . Non of the " Well let's take a look at the problem sir " . Then once the mistake is found . It takes forever to get back in my account. Spero Health needs to have a Debit card scanner like most Docto offices. Again this is no fault of the Smyrna staff . They will do anything in their power to help someone !! They are great !! 10/9/24 When I try to call the CEO of Spero Health . No answer from Steve Priest and I can't leave a message. Just to voice my concern about this issue. Thanks

Through my 1.5 years here, I was met with empathy, understanding, & kindness. I am tapering off of my medication for personal reasons, but hope I can stay on here with the therapists. Yes, the wait times were long, in… the beginning, but I was a new patient. Once I became established after about 3 months, the wait times were shorter & I new what to expect at each appointment. If you are truly trying your best, they will meet you wherever you're at in your journey--not just your recovery journey. I was even told that I can call at any time if I am having trouble with anything. I found that every staff member cared about my wellbeing & we quickly became friends. I appreciate you all very much, even when I haven't been at my best.

I love this office. They have always treated me like family. Amazing MAT program.

All the staff here are so amazing. The only thing i wish they could incorperate is a afterhours contact that has athority to handle unexpected issues. Monica, Wanika, Dr. Swansee , Ms. Kim, i have nothing but great… things to say about each and every staff member at the smyrna location. The staff really do go above and beyond to help and i am thankful.

The employees treat you as if your family. Don't take long to see the doctor or therapist. Amazing place for help with recovery.

If you need help don't bother calling because they scan your calls and will not answer. Completely rude and horrible communication. You will also wait 2-3 hours or more to see the doctor at your appointment. Ridiculous… wait times.

They don’t waste time and I’m In-N-Out and they do care about my recovery so therefore I’m doing real good, I’m happy

I love the staff here!! The girls are THE SWEETEST EVER! They will help you to the fullest!!! I was afraid to come here at first because I didn’t know what to expect but I’m soooo happy I did! Truly!! All the staff is… such a blessing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is a wonderful place to go. I have been going here for around two years. I couldn't ask for a nicer bunch to help then the team at Spero. Some days may take a few more minutes then other but that any place you go.… They work with you as long as you are really trying they are all there for you. We all do group and I have made many new friends we have all been through addiction. It really helps to know your not alone in your recovery that you do have someone who don't judge you. helping you. If you want to get clean and stay clean this is the best place togo. You won't be sorry it's that first step. They are all my friends and I am so Thankful to everyone there for there love and kindness. I feel so much better. If you need any help ask for Monica she rocks she keeps it all flowing so we can get in and out she is Wonderful. They all are. This will be a good move for anyone needing help. But they don't mess with no foolishness . They are searous you have got to do your part too. Best Wishes to you...

It's a great place to go. I love this place, the ONLY reason Im gibing three stars is because of the UNNECESSARY comments the front desk staff (THE SAME SPECIFIC WOMAN ) gives me and my husband . They say they are child… friendly but God forbid , my kids do anything other than sit. We are having to be there for God awful hours, so of course my children are gonna become restless. I got an unnecessary comment thrown at me today telling me the diapers we WE DID NOT place in the bathroom needed to be taken to the dumpster. We didn't even change our kids there. We took them outside to the car. As we always do. And leave the diapers in the car til we can dispose of them. I am so tired of being rod it is kid friendly when Everytime we come with our kids , we are getting snoddy looks, and being told how to raise our kids. If it's not a kid friendly facility. Why have a kid friendly Mom's group ?

Always a quick fast thorough visit! Doctor, check ins, groups are all great!

If you say be there at 8 am then maybe you need to open the office in time instead of 20 minutes late... Be prepared to wait for hours... still waiting to see the doctor.

The staff at the Smyrna office are absolutely amazing people. They are constantly under a lot of pressure but you'd never know that if you were a patient, in spite of a very heavy work load they make each individual… feel as if they are the only one that matters. Especially Monica, God bless that woman, she is the face of the Smyrna office and an absolute class act! She is absolutely amazing! The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing as well, if you are needing MAT, I highly suggest Spero Health.

This place has helped strengthen my recovery in so many ways and I love everyone here.
