I saw Katie and it was great. After some bad experiences with other pcp in the area it was refreshing to talk to a provider who truly cared and would listen. I’ve been stuggling with postpartum anxiety and high blood… pressure and she listened to all my concerns and put me at ease.

this place is wonderful, the staff is great, even the front desk worker! All the phone calls have been nice and they genuinely care! It’s a huge upgrade from my previous place for pcp.

I've been going to Maple Street Medical Clinic for like 20 years as my primary Physician. The staff is great. The medical care and treatment is top notch. I've also had a good experience with any specialists they have… referred me to. I've never felt like just another dollar through the door but instead like someone they care about.

Katie Horn, NP is an absolutely wonderful provider. She takes the time to listen to you and cares about her patients.

Absolutely amazing, I have been waxing for years and always left in pain. Having the feeling of my hair being ripped out. NOT with these ladies, no pain and nost important every hair is gone. Definitely recommend you… try sugaring, it wont go back to old school wax again.

Elizabeth helped me out with every concern I had, was patient and kind, as always. The nurse who took my blood (I’m sorry, I missed her name), was very friendly, gentle and quick! I was very satisfied with my visit.

So I've been coming here since late 2023. The staff are very patient and professional with their communication. Never short tempered or impatient. I've had Dr. Kelly for nearly 3 years as my primary. She is super… awesome because I do not feel shame or awkward with asking medical questions . She is down to earth and relaxed yet sharp as a razors edge. This is the place if you're looking for quality care and treatment!
