These people arent just professional they know exactly what they're doing because most of them have been there themselves, or had to help save their own loved ones. These people don't treat Mental Health as a nail that… needs to be hammered into place like most places, they understand mental health is like a flower and they understand how delicate all of this really is, and how much time it really takes. And just like a flower, it's very important where you plant it. I guess what I am saying through metaphors is that you want to come plant your flower in this Garden, it will grow flourish and the most beautiful part of all you will be in a garden filled with other unique flowers that I've had a very hard time getting the environment love support and care they needed to prosper and grow like they did. Take it from me, I've been dealing with mental health struggles since I was a child. This place has helped me work on trauma I didn't even know I had. I'm running out of space to type or I would type more just know these guys are as good as it gets. Much love to the whole team. You guys have changed so many lifes for the better. Never forget that.

Amazing visit. Everyone is so nice and talkative. They went out of there way to even resolve a payment issue. Plus, I got to play with there beautiful puppy 🐶 that will greet you as you walk in. Was hard to leave.… Almost makes you want to make up a reason to come back. Thanks again. ❤

I had a wonderful experience at BrightPath Recovery with Michelle and all the ladies at the front desk as well! One of the ladies lets you play with her beautiful puppy for anxiety and it really helped calm me down… before my meeting. I appreciate their compassion and care at BrightPath recovery & highly recommend their services.

Staff was awesome

I came in for an evaluation and was greeted by a lovely front staff. Nicole greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. I met with Michele, again she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Sometimes when you are… seeing a therapist for the first time it can be very nerve racking and uncomfortable. She was very kind, personable, funny and relatable. The session was comfortable and I was able to speak freely without the feeling of judgment. The facility is easy to find, clean and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is needing their services.

This place is a GREAT PLACE with GREAT people!!! I highly recommend them!

My experience at Brightpath was amazing. Tristyn was great and very welcoming during my intake and discharge process. She made me feel comfortable during a stressful time in my life. Anytime I called, Michelle, the… owner, would pick up and answer any questions I had. She was willing to work with me and my work schedule which I am very grateful for. Raegan was my group leader most times since I did night time sessions, she kept us engaged and taught me many coping skills. Her positive attitude and outlook was contagious even on my rough days. It’s a small clinic, so groups are more intimate and you feel more connected to the staff! I enjoyed my time here and learned a lot to help on my recovery journey. I will miss the nice ladies at this facility!

Very professional, but yet down to earth! Great staff and got things down in a timely manner.

My experience was terrible. I had a 16 session IOP with this company. We never went over any therapy or tools. We watched movies about AA or addicts but never discussed them. The 2 hour class was cut short every time.… The owner ranted about her husband and how he exposed her special needs son to Fentanyl. If you’re looking for a place to rubber stamp some court paperwork, this is for you. If you’re wanting actual treatment, look elsewhere. I’m still sober despite this place, not because of it.

Filled out online paperwork just to never hear back from them.. And they never answer the phone either.

This is a wonderful place to go for treatment. The workers are great and, easy to talk to. I look forward to every Thursday !

Beware, the self-portrayed owner of this place is the biggest narcissist I have ever encountered. Both times I have called to ask questions on behalf of a family member, and both times had HORRIBLE phone experiences.… This woman was in the background speaking OVER the poor young girl that answered the phone, she was both times constantly nonstop interrupting her answers multiple times to the point where it is not training but insanely rude and frustrating. The second call, she was yelling in the background so loud I could not hear the young receptionist then in the middle of her answer, then she grabbed the phone and started over talking me too at the same time saying she is the owner and can say and do what she wants. Definitely lost a cash paying customer today and I will be gladly reviewing this place on all platforms of the most unprofessional experience here by a rude narcissist from the owner herself!

This was the BEST PLACE FOR ME! These people are the definition of professional. At 1st I was reluctant to join the program, but they embraced me like family and help me get through everything emotionally. They even… helped me with issues I was having outside of the class. I personally feel as if I have turned my life around because of these people. Ms. Savannah is and ANGEL! She made sure I stayed on top of my classes and work. I can't thank them enough for how they have positively influenced my life!!

Tomo conducted my class and Claire was supportive with paperwork. I was impressed with the training, interactive teaching style and ease of communicating honestly. I would highly recommend Bowdoin for any need you have… regarding dependence or recovery. Great people and Sirius will love you through any discomfort (you have to go to know).
