Dr. Simpson is the best with my weight loss journey. He keeps track of what I’m doing and monitors everything. Highly recommend him for anything health related.

My grandsons mom came here and the staff was very nice and she got the care she needed

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Todd Simpson. He listens well, doesn’t rush, and genuinely works with you based on where you’re at not some one-size-fits-all approach. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances… knowledge with real care like that. This guy is dope!

Dr Todd Simpson is great but certain staff was awful... Was early for an appointment.. one day and Mr Simpson was late... Which is okay because it was the first time and 6 years he ever did that.. but he was told by his… staff that I was very rude and disrespectful.at my appointment also that i was being loud which was not true at all and I even was told that the staff said that I made them..uncomfortable which is untrue because.. when I was there I talked to them about thanksgiving and was nothing but nice to the staff .... and i was respectful and since I had waited there over an hour and a half for my appointment and he didn't show I asked if I could get a call from them and just do my appointment that way because I had to pick up my daughter anyways also I want to say that he did call for my appointment and he did say that he was going to be late but still 25 minutes after my appointed time came around he was still not there which was no big deal cuz that was the first time he'd ever done that but what really made me mad was later they called and told me that they can no longer keep me as a customer or as a patient because the staff told Mr Simpson that I was rude and disrespecful... When as a matter of fact I called multiple times and the girl that answered the phone named Jackie was rude to me... every single time I called she would not help me kept sending me to this recording... I I am just upset that they let the staff treat me that way..... And then drop me as a patient when I take certain type of medicine you can't come off of if you come off of it alone you could die.... I will say though he did try to call me this morning and give me one last appointment so maybe take care of my medication I don't no I recommend that he gets different staff because he is a great doctor.... Dr. Miller treated me like a drug seeker and misdiagnosed my problem. Waste of my time . Front office and nurses were nice and efficient though. I’d recommend finding another doctor.

Dr. Simpson and his team are by far the best that I've ever experienced. They will do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of. They literally saved my life.

Very good doctor who listens and actually cares..

I have had only positive experiences at Dr. Simpson's office. His staff, especially his assistant, Alicia, are wonderful. I really enjoy interacting with Alicia. She and Dr. Simpson are always so pleasant, not rushed,… moody, or scowling like many other doctors. I appreciate that he listens to his patients. He always asks if you're doing all right, both physically and emotionally. I highly respect and recommend Dr. Simpson and his clinic, A Better You.

Dr Simpson has been a miracle worker with my recovery journey. He and his nurse really, really care. I've never broken down in a Dr office before and they actually cared. When I go there I feel heard, respected and not… like just a number and a time slot❤️

This facility is amazing. I cannot say enough praise to be worthy of what they deserve. Everybody who works there is just very polite and welcoming. The first time I stepped in the door for my first appointment Dr.… Simpson made me feel like I had known him for years. The nursing staff, secretaries, and lab workers matched Dr. Simpson's welcome energy. My only regret about this place is that I didn't find it years ago. Don't make the same mistake that I did and wait to make an appointment. Get on the phone and go so these fine folks as soon as possible.
