I would like to take a minute to sit down and share with you guys the experience I had acceptance treatment facility. Yes I have been there twice and the first time did not work out I made it 28 days and made a mistake… small or big it was still a mistake and it had consequences, I ended up coming back about 4 months later in between I had been homeless living in the woods, sleeping on so-called friends couches, rehab-hopping as people put it, I went to sober living a place called Oasis in Bella Vista, I was in survival mode the entire time I was there. The intimidation tactics were absolutely insane. I paid my rent for the week to the director Ladonna Humphrey, I never missed a week in the few months i had been there, and she told me right afterwards that I have been dismissed and they do not give refunds. She absolutely refused to speak to me, to give me an answer as to why I was being kicked out and only had 30 minutes to get my belongings and get off the property before the cops were called for trespassing. Long story short Ladonna did not have an answer and I was sitting in Bella Vista on the side of the road in the rain by myself with nowhere to go and absolutely no support system because I thought that Oasis was supposed to be my support system. We are all going through the same things, some stories are different some are so painful you don't want to believe it's true. Addiction is a disease and only 2% make it out alive. I should not be standing here today after all of the overdoses and just traumatic abuse happening to my body every single day just to get through the day. Life doesn't work out the way that you plan it to, Sometimes it ends up better. My name is Brogan Rhianna Parr/Lane and because of acceptance Maya story is going to be absolutely incredible. While I was sitting on the side of the road in Bella Vista after heartlessly and cruelly being kicked to the curb for no reason, I called the one person I knew I can count on, and that person is Charlene Fields. She was trying as fast as she could to figure something out, I didn't have any medical insurance I didn't have anything at the time and let me tell you this one scholarships and granted me and told me to hold tight and that an Uber was on its way. She saved my life. There are obstacles wherever you go, it's not easy living in a house full of women or men but you all are there for the same reason the same purpose and we all want to just survive, be healthy, overcome this lifestyle we thought once was so cool but it's so humiliating and tragic. If anybody needs help please reach out to me, reach out to acceptance for absolutely anything and they will have the resources for you. Acceptance is a part of my story and I promise you I'm going to have one hell of a story. Thank you to everyone at acceptance who saw me for who I really am in my heart even when I did put walls up, you choose to care, you choose to listen, with a great routine, weekly counseling sessions with somebody amazing named Amber who has been through absolutely all of it and understands and never judges. She's exactly the right amount of tough love that you need. Another person I would like to mention would be Tyler-Nathan Stone; AKA Charlene's husband. Because of this man, and his will and determination to help others achieve any goal they set their mind to. He's great at his job, and you can talk to him without fear of judgment as well and he will lead you into the most solid direction possible for you.

Peer support specialist share practical life experience and participation in activities that help us in active recovery while allowing us time to heal and learn to transition into a stable living environment.

It was a blessing, Tyler was a great corner man and helped me grow a lot in my recovery. Him and Charlene help out the community in so many ways! They put their heart into everything they do

This place is truly wonderful. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and nestled out of the way in the country. That aside, I can’t say enough about the staff. I hope I don’t forget names here, but I want to commend… the staff & counselors at detox/residential… Lisa, Hailey, Lynette, Nikki, Barb, Bryan(sp?), Chaney, Brandy, Ed, Alexis, and I’m sure I’m just forgetting someone, but each of them were incredibly kind. From the moment I walked in I felt that each of them cared about all the clients and did their absolute best to make our recovery as smooth and comfortable as possible. My only real complaints are out of their control (specifically regarding meal portions and lack of a real full kitchen access), but the directors/owners have taken criticism seriously it seems and are willing to make changes or accommodations. You aren’t alone here and I encourage anyone considering treatment here to move forward. Bless these folks!

I wanted to start by stating this was my first ever rehab experience so take that as you will. I only attended residential. Hailey completed my intake and she is amazing! She was expecting me and made intake very… seamless and welcoming (5 stars for you Hailey 😉)! The team at the residential program is amazing! Ed and Mrs. Nikki are very fun and very caring. I loved them both. The RDS team is great Brandi, Lisa, Kylie, and Shenay (idk how to spell her name) are all so sweet. The reason I rated this only 3 stars is the management team. Specifically Cat and Amber. I suffer from panic disorder and had let them know and the doctor know before the weekend so I could have plenty of time to get meds in in case I had a panic attack. Sure enough the meds never came and I had constant panic attacks all weekend suffering. I asked Brandi to please reach out to Cat the medical director and she did every time I asked. Cat told her I would just have to get over it. After suffering all weekend Cat threatened me with a write up for being late to group even though Shenay already explained the situation to her and Lisa. When I became upset and asked Cat if she knew anything about the situation she lied and said no one had reached out to her. Then Amber (The Director of the entire operation) told me it wasn’t her problem… The team is constantly playing catch up and have to handle patients not getting their meds because Amber and Cat are incompetent. Also, while I was there Acceptance was being audited by the state. While the state was there no patients were allowed to get their meds because “the state was there” which is hilarious because wouldn’t that be all the more reason to give patients their meds..?😂 Other than those two incompetent people everyone else was amazing and the place is very clean and the food is amazing! Brian came to visit me my first weekend on his day off just to check in on me. That really meant the world to me since I was constantly having panic. He’s the type of people that need to be working in a rehab. Lynette will go above and beyond to make everyone feel loved and accommodated shes amazing. Don’t expect to have any fun excursions though, the management team shoots those down every time Ed or Lynette ever tried to plan something fun for us to do. I kept hearing about how great the owner Charlene is but I never got to meet her. I hope she knows the two women running the place are either incompetent, incapable, or indifferent. Overall it was a good experience but would not exactly recommend simply for those two. Everyone else that actually cares does not have the authority to make the place what it could be. 3 stars

Great place with amazing people that work to support orhers

a place of love, understanding, and patience. after feeling abandoned and all hope lost, i found a place accepting, a place truly caring about providing the tools to succeed. and after seeing in me achievement before i… even noticed it myself and teaching me things for actual growth i can only hope to be as impactful as them

Charlene,Hailey,Brandi,cat, amber, Kylie,ed,Nikki,- the whole team showed so much compassion and were super understanding! Have been in and out of treatment centers throughout Arkansas and I believe this 1 is the game… changer!

We've had the privilege of connecting with the staff at Acceptance, and they are some of the most caring and hardworking people we've ever come across. All you have to do is talk with their clients—past or present—to… see the incredible impact this treatment center has had on so many lives. Excellent drug and alcohol treatment program!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this facility. The leadership is phenomenal from the top down and they really care about their clients. One of the few places where you get to keep your cell phone and they often offer… scholarships to help the next person.

My God!! Where do I Even Start!!! I was given an opportunity earlier this year by a wonderful person Amber to come in a volunteer to share my Experience, Strength and Hope to others who are or were in early stages of… their recovery journey. Thank You Amber!!🙏 Somehow and Someway My Higher Power started doing some heavy lifting and hard work to find a place on the team with Acceptance Treatment and found a Family to call my own!! Mrs. Charlene took me in as one of her own and took my family in which has been a blessing to all of us and has paved a path for success for my family and I!! From every single person who I have the opportunity to meet and to work with this is beyond miracles and blessings!! This is the life I prayed for and because of Mrs. Charlene and Acceptance I am truly able to Live a life of Service to others and my family!! Thank You!!🙏

These people care about you and your recovery,, They will provide you with the care, and the tools to lead you through, to your recovery. I will not forget what they've done for me.

Staff is so caring, loving, willing to go out of their way to make sure we feel better. Could be pain in your body, head not clear, feelings of loss, grief, guilt. Whatever it may be staff is all in for our recovery and… well being. Most would feel sad or scared to show up to treatment. Myself I cry because I know I will genuinely feel better in every way once it’s my time to leave. When that time comes I know after care plan will me set in place, I’m just not leaving back to my old places or ways. Thank you for everything, tools, contacts, self love, etc it’s all positive.

I especially like the detox location. And the Prairie Creek location. Peaceful places. I love the staff, Amber, Bethany, Ed, and Hailey, I can’t name them all! They facilitate classes such as Yoga, nutrition, and ART!… The clients get to go out and do FUN activities. So creative in their programming. And it has been a joy to work with Charlene.

This recovery program has really given my life back completely I'm now able to go about my life without the worries of "am I going to make it clean and sober another day" I know that with the help of the staff and the… classes that are tought Monday thru Friday that I have learned the ways and and the tools to become a responsible and reliable dad to my kids once again and the housing is the next best thing it's so well managed from making sure that there is food for the patients to gain weight and put back on those pounds that had been lost due to drug use and bad habits the staff are the most efficient on getting their patients to and from class, job interviews,the store if needed, and help in getting official documents like State ID or birth certificate,ect. Very friendly and caring people by far is the best place and environment to get your life back on track and off to the next level of living a Clean and sober happy life. 100% recommended this place to anyone seeking recovery thank you acceptance treatment for giving me another chance at being a respected member to society

This was an Amazing Experience for me. I have been struggling for over 25 years and been through 12 different treatment programs throughout those years. This is by far the best one I've been through . From the beginning… when Will picked me up drunk ,all beaten up and suffering from a dog bite. Feeling hopeless full of shame and guilt. Will made me feel right at home from the beginning on the ride to detox. I don't recall alot of the intake process because I was pretty intoxicated but I remember Haley was amazing and took really good care of me.The Detox and residential part went great.Cat was always on top of everything when it came to my medical needs.I have to give props to Lisa the RDS she is amazing at her job and went above and beyond to take great care of me. Miss Nicky the counselor is amazing also loved her classes. Once moved over to php in Prairie Creek. Will Once again went above and beyond as a house manager taking care of my every need. Classes were great and I learned so much from them. My counselor there miss Kate helped me so much with my internal struggle. Lisa my case manager was always on the ball and helped me in every way with my journey. Even though I never met her she did alot in the background to help with anything I needed. Last but not least Charlene the owner is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She lives her life to help struggling people like my self. I've been to many treatments were it was all about the money but not with Charlene. She is in this to save lives and help the hopeless and the lost and it shows. I could not recommend a better program if you're trying to get clean and sober and put your life back together. Acceptance will do everything in there power to help you get your life on track. I came here 60 day's ago broken, beaten down, hopeless not wanting to live another day the way I was going. Acceptance picked me, up fed me , gave me hope and gave me my life back.They did not just give me my life they gave me a life worth living. Thank you Acceptance I owe you my life.
