Time Wellness AR LLC – Fayetteville Reviews
Reviews are where patients and families describe Time Wellness AR LLC in their own terms: the welcome at admission, the counseling, the planning for life after treatment.
Reading them is a sensible step before calling the Fayetteville facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
Let's start with the positives, all of the therapists and facilitators are great and seem to genuinely care. There are also some really neat options available like outings and equine therapy. That said, any and… everything relating to the administration and business end of Time Wellness is terrible. They will put you on the Partial Hospitalization Plan, regardless of what your actual needs are, requiring you to be there in person or on a Teams call from essentially 9am - 4pm. If you have to work, they will say just join remotely while you work (in my opinion so they can bill you or your insurance for the time) The vast majority of your time will be spent in groups which may or may not apply to what your needs or challenges are. The groups are a hybrid format meaning its a mix of online and in-person people, sometimes there will be 20 people in a group and the group is over before everyone can answer the check-in question. Another issue with the groups is there are nearly constant technical issues from network disconnects, to bad audio or video, there is no tech support at Time Wellness, and these issues I would say regularly eat up 20-30% of most of the group time, with the online people asking what the in-person people said or for questions to be repeated. With the sometimes very large group size, this feels unfair to everyone involved. You will get 1 one-on-one therapy session a week for 50-60 mins. You will also have to take drug tests 3 times a week(you or you insurance will be paying for this), regardless of whether or not substances are your issue. Its pretty clear that the folks running the show prioritize profit over care. As someone who was doing private pay it cost $11,000 for one month of care, and when that month was up the admin side of things had no interest in helping me find some middle ground that would better fit my needs, or allow me to continue meeting with the therapist I actually felt like was a good fit for me, none of my case management needs were handled in the 4 weeks of treatment, I didnt even get a care plan in place until week 3. While I really enjoyed my time with all of the facilitators, the numerous other issues and I'd say almost scam-y way the business side is run, I could under no circumstances recommend going here, unless you have really great insurance that will cover everything, but absolutely avoid if you're going to need to pay out of pocket.
My experience here was better than I expected. I was in their outpatient program, and the staff made the process feel a lot less stressful.
Theyre terrible. didnt even get started with them and they ghosted me as i was setting up to become a patient with them. Deplorable practice
My experience with the outpatient mental health treatment at Time Wellness Arkansas was professional and straightforward. The staff was respectful, and the process felt organized from start to finish. Overall, it was a… positive and well-managed experience.
Extremely disorganized, issues with basic respectful boundaries, many “counselors” are not licensed and are not trained well/read from scripts. Equine therapy can include trauma dumping un-boundaried discussion of the… “counselors” own s.a. experience. Extreme lack of trauma informed care. No plan to get patients to proper medication dose or to transition OFF benzos once leaving the program making it to where they have to take thenselves off or figure out on their own how to find proper psychiatric care after program abruptly ends. When asked about how to get off the sedating meds the response is “some patents stay on them for life”. But you can’t get much from an occasional 10 minute psychiatrist visit which is supposed to be weekly, but not maintained due to general scheduling chaos environment at Time Wellness. Some counselors actively cause harm to patients by using language like “lunatic”, general and repeated negging as motivation, misinformation about nutrition/ exercise/natural medicine saying they should just get out and exercise and eat well to “get over” their diagnosed mental illness. Patients rely on each other to check the teachers’ bad behavior but what is one to expect with a revolving door of unlicensed counselors in training. Some “counselors” discuss individual patient’s issues as gossip with the group by name!!! when those clients are absent (HIPPA anyone?) No family session although this is promised at onboarding and during the original Time Wellness informational calls. This is a good self-harm/suicide watch place and for getting people a physical place to be around others daily while in crisis and get on sedating medication…Go to bare minimum group sessions for 60-90 days. Beyond that an exit plan for patients is unclear and disorganized and at worst directly harmful. And as an aside for those with COPD, lung issues, allergies…vapes are sold on premises and vaping is allowed any time in the entire building. Perhaps that’s a plus for some. I believe out of a staff of 15+ this place has one maybe two licensed social workers and a Telehealth psychiatrist contracted from a company in Oklahoma that primarily services the incarceration industry. Update: After being told in writing and verbally with witnesses that nothing charged beyond what insurance covered (upwards of $3,700 per day). Upon being discharged for less than a week, they are already sending bills for what insurance didn’t cover.
My son was not admitted here for care due to not having private insurance. Many health facilities of the finer kind don't take Medicaid or Summit Care and the ones who do are not usually the best. They are inferior to… what they should be. The only thing I have to fault them on is the woman said to ignore the one star or two star ratings people are giving to vantage point and other such facilities. She said if a person wants to get help bad enough they will find it and the ones who complained didn't want it bad enough. Well she's wrong. She's flat out wrong but I didn't tell her that. I have personal experience being at Vantage point when I was having horrible health issues and my doctor abandoned me and I came there in a wheelchair and they locked me and did not bring me to the sessions. It was horrid. And yes I wanted care. It has nothing to do with me. It was lack of funding plus ignorance and some cruelty too mixed in. I don't want my son at any facility that doesn't want him and is like what I experienced. So thank you. We'll try outpatient and God will lead us in the right direction. If it means me paying for private health insurance, then by God I will do it.
Time Wellness changed my life. I would recommend to anyone. Every single person there is amazing.
Amazing program and amazing staff!
Very easy to talk to. I felt very confident in our session.
Excellent staff, loving environment - a great place to come and heal :)
I immediately felt welcome and understood and comforted. The case manager LaNora was so understanding of my nervousness and sobbing there wasn't a drop of judgement from her. I could tell she was truly concerned for my… mental wellness. I can't say enough about the people who work there. A complete judge free environment. Only down fall is the group meeting rooms is up 2 flights of stairs, lol.
Time Wellness is wonderful. A very calm environment with facilitators who care and help make Time Wellness a space we all feel comfortable and safe.
This wasn’t where my story began or ended, but it was the bridge that helped me cross back into the life I’ve been rebuilding. The staff here are incredibly compassionate and truly dedicated to helping each person grow.… They take the time to listen, adapt, and create individualized treatment plans that actually fit your needs. I always felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. It’s a place built on empathy and real connection — I’m deeply grateful for the role it played in my healing journey. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for truly personalized mental health care.
Time Wellness has been a tremendous help to me and my journey. The groups are interesting and there is always room for client discussion. I can’t even begin how day how helpful my individual therapist has been through… my time here. Her wisdom, patience, and kindness are felt not only in our individual sessions, but also in the group that she leads. The staff is very helpful and there is always space for someone to talk to you if you need it.
They overdosed me and my heart stopped and it was really bad
Time Wellness has been a great experience for my family member that needed some extra help. Very friendly and extremely invested in the individual. The outings were an extra plus for her. They are currently redoing… their space to make the space more inviting. The staff has been very involved in the care of our family member and great in following up on their status while in an in patient facility. I highly recommend Time Wellness.
Time Wellness was absolutely wonderful to work with. The staff is compassionate, responsive, and truly dedicated to supporting mental health in a meaningful way. They made the process smooth and welcoming from start to… finish. I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they provide. I highly recommend!
I am so glad we chose to go with Time Wellness as a place for healing. Allie was such a huge help while finding my friend help for their mental health and overall well being. She was extremely patient, compassionate,… and explained the programs they offer thoroughly. Thanks Allie for being such a wonderful resource to people in need. And thanks Time Wellness for helping our friend get back to himself!
Fantastic Customer Service! Answered all of my questions.
Absolutely love this facility! Have seen them go above and beyond on a personal level! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking help!
I am incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received at this mental health outpatient facility. From day one, the staff made me feel safe, understood, and supported. The clinicians are not only knowledgeable and… experienced but also truly compassionate. They take the time to listen and tailor treatment to meet individual needs. The environment is peaceful and welcoming, which made it easier to open up and do the work necessary for healing. The flexibility in scheduling and consistent follow-ups helped me stay on track, even during more difficult times. Thanks to their support, I’ve made meaningful progress in my mental health journey. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking effective, respectful, and compassionate outpatient care.
Time Wellness Arkansas is a wonderful program and is one of the only primary health treatment facilities in Arkansas. They have several different levels of care such as partial hospitalization program and intensive… outpatient care. They are very good about working with your personal life schedule, so if you are looking for mental health treatment while wanting to continue your regular schedule Time Wellness Arkansas is a great option!!!
Really helped me with medication management and learned some valuable coping skills during my time there. Also was made to feel included in a community of people seeking a better life.
