These people are amazing!!!! They have helped my family and myself more times than i can count. Thank you so much ARCARE FAMILY
One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to, it wasn’t a bad place before, but ever since Dr.Anderson left it has gone downhill. Lindsay up front, the receptionist is a rude, inconsiderate bully. This clinic make you… feel like a burden when you call or need anything.Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
horrible front desk reception if you can make it past that and still want to keep going and dealing with the lady at the counter every time then congratulations. wouldn't recommend, she needs to go its bad for business.
First off let me start by saying that I hate to be leaving the ArCare system. Everyone from the nurses and doctors to the receptionist and drivers, are so kind and respectful at the ArCare on 4100 Harrison in… Batesville, AR 72501. That is all except for the head of transportation, Lindsey. Lindsey made me feel as if she felt that I was beneath her. I did make some mistakes in communication, due to things that were out of my control: The cellphone that I had at the time was not working properly. So, I missed some communications and I wasted some of the drivers time and I was forgetful regarding some appointments. I admit that I had some blame in this first interaction with Lindsey, but I was never disrespectful. At that time, Lindsey let me know that I would no longer be able to have use of the van rides. I understood this and gracefully complied. Even though it meant that getting to my doctor appointments would be a hardship. After that I was referred to a therapist by Doctor Anderson. My therapist worked it out with Lindsey so that I could receive rides ONLY to my therapy appointments. I was so grateful to everyone involved that I could once again, at least for my therapy appointments, have the use of ArCare’s van. I was so grateful because I live alone and do not have a car. I would stand outside twenty minutes before my ride was due to arrive, just to make sure that I caused no delay or stress to the driver. I mention this only to show how grateful I was and how needed the use of ArCare’s van was to me. Once again I have been told by Lindsey that I no longer have use of ArCare’s van. This time; however, it is totally unfair. I called twenty-four hours in advance to cancel my van ride. Lindsey called me back and said that since they were only giving me the rides as a curtesy that my cancelation of the ride meant that I no longer had use of the van. This was never explained to me before. And I had a good reason for canceling. I won’t go into it here, but I did have a good reason. I feel as if she targeted me for whatever reason. As I stated earlier, I hate to leave ArCare because of the other wonderful employees, but after dealing with Lindsey, I don’t feel comfortable dealing with ArCare. In conclusion, if you have a car and don’t have to deal with Lindsey then this is not a bad clinic. Everyone else is really sweet.
The staff are some of the most organized I've ever dealt with. They take compassion to a new level.
This place is horrible. My wife went in with a lung hurting. They told her over and over again that it was nothing. She eventually hurt so bad she went to the ER and turns out she had pleurisy the entire time. She was… told to follow up with her ARCare doctor and she tried contacting them multiple times for appointments, to tell them it hurt, to get any help/advice at all and they would not return her calls. They wouldn’t see her. They wouldn’t relay messages. They acted like nothing was wrong with her and made her feel like a burden the entire time. It got to a point where she was embarrassed to even call them because of how they were making her feel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Specifically the Harrsion St location.
Not to happy with the last pa I saw. She made me very uncomfortable.. But giving five stars now because Dr. Anderson is simply the best of the best. She truly cares listens n .anes u feel so comfortable! Would never… change dr or the place as long as she's there. Love her.
A member of my family recently visited this clinic, and she saw Sharon Arnold. Arnold was incredibly adamant about my family member getting some sort of birth control, which was profusely denied by the patient. After… this, Arnold said “well you should go ahead and start taking prenatals then”. This comment is incredibly inappropriate in the workplace. Considering the patient came in to be seen for an illness, her sexual activity has little to do with this appointment. Coming into a clinic should give the patient relief, not harassment over personal preferences regarding something unrelated to the appointment. Healthcare is opinionated and personal, and to push medication, especially birth control, on a young woman is unacceptable. Despite this, the nurse was amazing and very helpful, although I am unsure of her name.
Love Dr Anderson and all the staff
Got my prescriptions mixed up seems difficult at time on questions regarding travel pickup
Absolutely love Dr Mary Anderson💖 She's always very much caring about the welfare of health of me. Her staff are very friendly too
Dr Anderson is one of the most caring & thorough doctors I have ever seen.
Dr. Mary Anderson is very professional and kind. She takes the time to listen to what her patients have to say and is very thorough. I feel all of the staff from the front office to the nurses to lab techs are friendly,… educated, and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Anderson or ARcare to anyone looking for a new doctor or clinic.
Nurse Candace and Dr. Anderson are The Best Ever. Nurse Candace really loves her job and is so nice, we ended up laughing most of the time, she is so easy to talk to and I was very comfortable plus she was very gentle… when taking blood. Dr. Anderson is very thorough and I could tell she Truly wanted to help me. Keep in mind I walked in there thinking I was going to not be helped at all, walked out very satisfied. Even after they have taken all of my phone calls quickly and very sweet and helpful.
She is a wonderful doctor
Dr. Mary Anderson is the only Dr I have met that takes the time to listen makes sure her patients know that she cares. She's my one and Doc.
Love Mary Anderson! She truly cares about her patients. Very friendly atmosphere. Clean environment.
Dr.Anderson is great, good doctor great personality. The support staff, scheduling and one certain office staff need training in how to do their job. Point in case visited office in Batesville and my luck doctor Mary… not in saw Jamie asked for a referral to orthopedic over two weeks ago. Called today to inquire why it was taking so long. The office gal said the person who does the referrals hadn't even attempted to get me an appointment. Asked why, she said It was because they had more than one patient. FYI I then called Dr. Angel got an appointment in two minutes. Will not go back to AR care in Batesville again. Will go to southside office only. Love Dr.Anderson but thinking of leaving because of some staff with attitude. . . .
