⭐☆☆☆☆ The issue isn't the medicine — it's the communication.** I visited ARcare Little Rock and what I experienced confirmed everything I've been saying about the patient-provider communication gap in our healthcare… system. I watched a patient navigate a prescription situation where the language being used was never translated to their level. No one made sure the patient truly understood. There was no system in place to catch the gap — and that gap is dangerous. I understand medical staff are overloaded. I get that. But being busy is not an excuse for a patient falling through the cracks. Not everyone has someone to advocate for them. Not every family has someone who can translate what the doctor just said. A 3.1 rating with 85 reviews doesn't lie. When the top complaints are front desk staff, wait times, and referrals — that's a communication and systems problem, not a clinical one. Patients are not statistics. They are people who need to understand what is happening to their own bodies. Until there is a real system in place to bridge that gap, patients will continue to suffer in silence. This review is not personal. It is purposeful.

After continuing to go in circles for this doctor (senthil r raghavan) finally had to leave and find another doctor. There’s nothing that he has done other than referring me to other specialists and collecting he’s… check. Nurses also told me over the phone that unless I come in he can’t go over the X-rays that I already paid 2,500$ to receive. So paying another copay I did for him to send me to another specialist? No more I cut him off my salary and moved on.

Do not go to this location! Save yourself the trouble and go to University.

Read the reviews and was scared. I just moved here but my insurance recommended this place and doctor. I had a wonderful visit and love my new doctor. Minimal wait time, doctor didn't rush me, and staff was helpful and… friendly.

Kayla one of the nurses there and is the bestttt. I came one day asking about prescription refill while the doctor was out and she gave me the info I needed to assist me. She was patient, kind and professional and to… think I was about to switch clinics and bc of her I'm staying. I cannot thank you enough.

Me And My Mom Usually Have A Pretty Good Experience But Today Dr Raghavan Nurse Decided To Be Nasty Towards My Mother And I At The Front Desk When My Mother Asked Her A Question She Said To Her Coworker Lady “I’m About… To Walk Out” And She Did It Was Very Disrespectful And Distasteful Wish I Would Have Gotten Her Name It Was Very Unpleasant I Do Not Tolerate Any Disrespect Towards My Mom She Is The Most Kindest Person You’ll Ever Meet She Doesn’t Deserve To Be Disrespected Like That EVER!!!!!

I was told my Letter of Medical Necessity was ready for pickup, but when I arrived on 12/15, staff could not find it and said it may have already been shredded. I waited about 20 minutes with no resolution. After more… than a week, I was told the doctor would not return until next month and no help was offered. Poor communication, disorganization, and unprofessional handling of important medical paperwork.

Only gave it one star because I had to to leave a review. The front desk girls. All of them hate their jobs. They are the worst set of people I’ve ever encountered in the business world. They are also the reason I am… leaving this clinic. Their attitude is terrible.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this place me and my son have been coming here since he was 1, he is 3 now and I love it ! Nice people clean establishment, get us in quick if we need to make an… appointment. Only had to change doctors once because she went somewhere else but Taylor is amazing ! Once my babygirl arrives she’ll be going too ! Taylor is me and my kids family doctor and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon we love Arcare they aren’t judgmental and get our stuff out on time in and out quick appointments!

If I could give -5 stars, I would. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. What’s the point of having receptionists if no one is ever available? Even when I visit in person, the front desk is often… empty—maybe that’s why there’s a doorbell at the entrance. I’ve never had a consistent case worker. Every few months, it’s someone new, and unfortunately, the quality of service keeps declining. I initially thought this was just an issue at one location, but Conway is exactly the same. I even tried calling the number listed by the “owner” in a previous response—no answer there either.

Unprofessional when speaking with people at check in

I live almost 4hrs away!!!!! I called to cancel my appointment bc I was sick ( I am on oxygen so I can breath) and wouldn't make the appointment. No one never told me that I wouldn't get my medicine refilled. I called… to get it refilled 3 days later I went to the pharmacy to find out I was told that no one has sent back a refill for your medicine. I call AR CARE in get told WELL it's BC you called and cancel your appointment plus you sign this Peice of Paper stating you would come back every 3 Months I really in truling think that at this point AR CARE is nothing but a Big Pain Management Place!!!!! Why else would you need to sign this paperwork!!!! Plus I had already talk to the APRN about this paper work before I had signed anything I am supposed to be there for ARTHRITIS!!!!! NOT PAIN MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!! The staff takes forever to do anything you can't get your medicine refilled on a timely manger. To me this place needs to be shut down if they can't do any better then this!!!!!

I’m so annoyed by this place! You can never get anyone on the phone! My daughter never gets her paperwork completed in a timely manner. She needs paperwork completed before the January 1st 2025 or she can return to the… day program at Easterseals

I have nothing but great things to say about my doctor! And all the staff are amazing

Easily the most unprofessional place I've received medical care. I was running 10 mins late for a mental health appointment, called ahead, and they told me it wasn't going to be a problem (it's an hour drive) then I get… there and they tell me I can't be seen because I'm more than 5 mins late (I took the morning off for this). They didn't even talk to me during my check up before telling me I'm good to leave. No communication, and very demeaning towards mental health. They asked me a bunch of questions, then another person came in to repeat back absolutely nothing that I said to the first person. Just wow. Our healthcare here in the states is lack luster at best but this place is a whole new level of disappointment.

Just met my daughter and son doctor. Dr Kennedi James is so sweet and she listens. That's all that matters. Her energy is amazing. I'm glad my kids have her for their doctor..
