How Much Does Treatment at Daymark Recovery Services – Henderson Cost?

Self-pay rehab in North Carolina typically works out at $220 to $700 a day for medical detox, $80 to $300 a day for an intensive outpatient program and $40 to $170 a day for standard outpatient care. No prices were found for Daymark Recovery Services at the time of writing, so the daily figures are typical state costs.

In most programs the fee includes medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Nothing from Daymark Recovery Services itself was found on this, so that is an assumption. Ask for a tailored price and what it includes.

I used to come here about 15 years ago and when I learned I had to start coming back I was not happy because Daymark was just terrible in every way, shape, and form. But you know what.... I am so happy with how my visit… went! Crystal and Erin made my week! Not only were they professional but they handled me with love and care. I have super high anxiety issues but with them taking care of me I was okay. Thank you both for your love and care! Im so happy to be with Daymark

Very unprofessional, not willing to check insurance to make sure they were in network even though I called my insurance a head of time. Rude office staff. The person who Processes Insurance information boast that she… has been doing this for 10 years and they do not accept my insurance Which is a large company who is all over the United States. Not interested in helping people get the treatment they need. I’d give them A -10 stars if I were able to. I wouldn’t Even recommend them to treat my dog.

Helped me out a lot, appointments were easy to set up and never had to wait long to be seen, even for a walk in. Doctors are professional and fast at getting you the help you need.

If i could give them 0 stars i would cs ain’t no way they moved that slow if all them workers want sitting back laughing the whole time they probably could get something done.

Not having an on-call doctor for afterhours is irresponsible and negligent. Or maybe just tell the people to have their breakdowns during office hours? Emergency room doctors don't want to prescribe mental health meds.… Taking 48 hours for the medication nurse to take care of medication issues is ridiculous. Hire more people. I have NEVER at any other place not been able to speak to the medication nurse. Someone is going to get badly hurt, if they haven't already. Bi-Polar patients can't be without their meds. I'm surprised no one has sued.

After being referred here by our doctor for our son in crisis, we show up extra early as walk ins the following day. We were the first people there and we were not seen until almost 3pm. Once seen, there was ANOTHER… month until my son was seen by an actual professional and only seen by said professional on zoom. The staff at the physical location are unqualified for their jobs and should absolutely be replaced. When I call to confirm appointments, they give me wrong dates and times. This has happened TWICE now. Both times his therapy appointments have been rescheduled almost immediately after scheduling. How anyone is supposed to get help is beyond me. This facility should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff was nice but the wait time is ridiculous. First appointment has to be a walk in and they make you wait for hours! There was a young lady and man waiting before me so couldn’t imagine how long they have been… waiting for.

Dr. Levina Kumar called in Sick last week so I got a call canceling the appointment, I received a letter today in the mail with an appointment date of today also. I called to explain I did not have a ride and was told… that if I wasn’t able to come in I could not reschedule over the phone I would need to drive to the office to schedule. I think a patient dealing with the repercussions of the Dr is pathetic, I didn’t call in or mail the paper. I was also told the office girls called yesterday to tell me about the appointment but there was no answer so they left a message, sadly it is a lie there was no voicemail or missed call.

Inconsistent service with an intensive in-home team that can do nothing to help. Don't go here. There's a good chance your situation may become WORSE. They're HORRIBLE!! Update: Owner reached out to me, saying they will… do an" internal investigation". Let's see how that goes!

I was trying to get an appointment there to talk with a doctor and they sent a deputy out to take me to the emergency room to be involuntary commitment!. Never again will I talk to anyone there. Terrible place !

My Dr is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her. The front desk has always been friendly to me. I’ve had blood drawn here and it was painless and the tech was very nice. It’s sliding scale so you only pay… what you can realistically afford. I really have only positive experience with this place.

★☆☆☆☆
Taylor Bailey4 years ago

I'd give it zero stars if it was possible. Horrible communication between staff. Front desk staff do not notify you when they schedule appointments and don't get your consent when scheduling the appointments. Then label… you a no show when you aren't available for the appointments you didn't even know about. I was told I would hear from practitioners at certain dates and times, or that I was scheduled, only to later be told I was not on the schedule for that day when I called the front desk to see why. When I tried to address my frustrations with the only practitioner that would speak with me, since front desk staff were short with me, I was made to feel like I was lying or imagining being told what I was told by them. Wouldn't even listen to my side of things, only called me just to tell me what things looked like from their side like I cared. I'm trying to get help, and already had to go through bankruptcy because I couldn't afford to pay my previous therapist. I had a suicidal episode in summer of 2021 due to not having had a therapist since they stopped doing individual therapy and only had sorry excuses for group therapy. After I made the mistake of telling my psychiatrist, someone above her who I guess handled those types of cases called me and convinced me to go to the hospital which was a horrible experience in itself. I attempted to tell the social worker beforehand that I couldn't afford a hospital trip because I had no insurance, he claimed that the hospital would eventually drop the charges for situations like that, they didn't and I was slapped with the fee that was sent to collections and screwed up my credit. I didn't even get a check-in call afterwards to make sure I was okay after I got out of the hospital. It's interesting that they pretended to care when I was actively considering harming myself, yet cared less once I wasn't. I guess they just didn't want my family suing them if I did go through with hurting myself due to their company not providing the proper care I needed.

Do they realize that people have things to do?? How does a 2.5 hour wait turn into all day?? This does nothing to help people with anger issues, or people who don't feel like their time is worth anything to anybody.… This place needs to get their act together, and quickly.

★☆☆☆☆

Place is a joke would give it negative 50 if i could. Manditory your first appointment is a walk in but then they make you sit and wait for HOURS! Litterally been waiting over 3.5 hours to be seen. And thats not even to… see a therapist!

I went for my medication management appointment on Thursday. The Doctor called me back and said I tested positive for a benzodiazapene. I told her it was a false positive that I hadn't had a benzo in over a year. She… said I'll see you in a month. Never did she say she wouldn't refill my medication. This is Sunday morning and I don't have my Subutex. The Doctor should have told me she wasn't going to fill it so that I could have gone back and done blood work. That's more reliable anyway. I would have been glad to have done that, I have nothing to hide.
