Just wanted you to know you lost a patient today, thanks to your receptionist and her unprofessional behavior. Maybe she needed to be in one of my Customer Service classes that I’ve taught many times because she failed… today. No empathy, no willingness to try and help. Rude and spoke to Me like I had no knowledge whatsoever. My client, who is 100 years old, and has been to you before in the past, wasn’t given a second thought. We will take our business elsewhere.

Dr Pantelokos gives as much of his time with patience and thoroughly goes over everything that needs to be addressed. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Pantelakos this past Wednesday and was very happy with what he did for me. From seeing the nurse who checked me in to thr receptionist who did my paperwork to the nurse who took my vitals to seeing the doctor,… it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Pantelakos and his staff to anyone for their professionalism and care.

Dr. Pantelakos & his nurse (Crystal) were both very informative and patient. His staff are nice and quick to help. He recently did a procedure on my nose and surgery on my husband's nose. I'm forever in Dr. Pantelakos's… debt as this is the first time in 5 years my husband has not whined and complained for being unable to breathe and congested lol. I don't know who benefited more from his surgery... him or me hahaha. Dr. Post has helped me hear to my best ability again and she was beyond patient and willing to work with me in every way possible to get my hearing taken care of.

I was 3 mins late with my daughter and my car is broke down rite now and I urber there they send me and my baby home I really don't like the staff they were very rude. Doctor as well.

No more drinking and… driving for me. I won't even allow anyone to have an open container in my vehicle .I would definitely recommend to those unfortunate enough to get a dwi

My son was suppose to have his tonsils removed tomorrow 4/25/19 with Dr. Blanks. I called the surgery center to figure out what the time we needed to be at the surgery center, as I have other children, so I needed to… provide the sitter with a time frame that my other children needed to be watched. Once I spoke to the intake nurse at the surgery center, I was told that my child was suppose to be getting his tonsils and adenoids removed. Which I was confused about the adenoids portion, because Dr. Blanks NEVER said anything about that; yet alone has she EVER looked in my child’s nose; due to me not having any knowledge of the adenoids removal I contacted Dr. Blanks office and left a message in hopes to have a return call to explain if that was apart of the order as the intake was not really sure. I called on Monday around noon, and never got a call back. I assumed that I did not get a call because my son was being seen the next day. We were running a bit behind schedule and I called to let them know, I speak with Tammy Shirley who stated VERY NASTY that we couldn’t be late and my son would have to come the next day. I explained that I had to more time at work to take off, so he had to be seen today. Her attitude was DISGUSTING the entire call. When I arrive to the office, I spoke with a young lady at the front who stated that their office manager was not in, and I can either speak with Tammy or the physician. I waited to speak with Dr. Blanks, I advised her of the call, the issues I had about not being aware of the adenoids removed. Her response was “that’s not my problem, I can tell the office manager but anyways, let me check your son since that’s why your here” she always claimed to “have told me about the adenoids removed at his first appointment “ WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. As a parent, I should be able to ask as MANY questions as I want!!!! I do know now know tonsils and adenoids go hand and hand; but simple communication is needed. Dr. Blanks will NEVER see my child again, I will NOT be returning to this practice and I am disgusted with how this practice even handles issues. & I’m also confused as to why my child’s pediatrician was not aware that this practice has seen my child yet alone was going to perform surgery on my child. This place and provider deserve a negative 5 stars.

Dr Pantelakos has been mine & my son's doctor for many years. My son is now 24, thanks to Dr Pantelakos, that may not have been the case. When he was 23 months old, my son fell with ruler in his mouth...to this day Dr… Pantelakos will share with you the rest of the story, iust ask him about Johnathan Jacobs. Our family loves Dr Pantolokus. He did my 1 year old's ear tube surgery last month. He is thorough, caring and takes time to listen to your concerns.

Fayetteville Otolaryngology has been wonderful for us. Two of our children have been patients in this office seeing Dr. Wiggs for tonsils, adenoids and tubes for ears. Dr. Pantelakos has always been a great ENT doctor to my 4 year old daughter. However, his staff and nurses are beyond RUDE and is why we have chosen to go elsewhere after seeing him for 2 years.
