I live in a fairly small complex and these idiots never deliver my packages to my front door, not even the Amazon locker, or the parcel locker. Genuinely not even an attempt to try and deliver (I'd know I have a… doorbell camera) I instead have to chase down my package EVERY SINGLE TIME or file a missing mail request. Actually insane

I’ve come to this location several times for business shipments and personal shipments. Majority of the time the employees are rude and the line is to the door. Yesterday I experienced a very rude employee who was… belittling and blunt. After that experience, on top of already negative experiences, I will no longer come here. I highly recommend everyone to find a different location as well.

Took very good care of me and mailed my package

Iris took the time to track down a very large package for me. It took some time and someone else had screwed up the route but she tracked it down and carried it all the way up front. Awesome customer service. Thank you… Iris, great team there today. 🙏

Clerks are helpful, but there's always a line. They only have a single self-service kiosk, and it's sometimes down.

Negative 100 stars! Went to this post office and the older female employee in the middle working station of three female employees was unnecessarily rude and needs extensive training in professionalism and customer… service. Remember, it’s because of customers like myself that you have a job and if you cannot interact appropriately with people in the service industry that you work in then perhaps find a different job. Another female employee told us incorrect information and we had to return a second time only to find out the business letterhead that we were told to bring in was incorrect. At least the female employee who told us incorrect information made an attempt to find a solution, so we wouldn’t have to return a third time. When the female employee who was helping us showed the older female employee in the middle working station the business letterhead we were told to bring in, she sarcastically told us this (business letterhead) was common sense. As a highly educated person, I followed the information I was told by your female postal employee that was incorrect. So, to the older female employee in the middle working station, check your attitude at the front door before you go to work. Your obnoxious attitude and unprofessional behavior is on notice and know that karma knows everyone’s address. I will not ever return to this location!

On Mondays, there can be long lines & it may be a bit slow-- sometimes there are three clerks & at times two-- best thing, is be patient.

I find this group very helpful and friendly. Tho this location is always crowed and if you’re going to complain it begins with the “post master”. At times when the line is out the door he/she should be out there helping… for those who may just need stamps etc. Break the line down into sections and confirm the people are prepared. So many times I see folks get to the window and don’t have the proper paper work completed. They send them to the counter to complete and then just walk right up to the window. People need to be prepared so the clerks can do their job efficiently as well. Quit placing all the blame on them.

What is up with the drop off box? It has not been working so far I know over a month or two. It has been sealed and taped yesterday before 8 am. It is so inconvenient after hours. Classic example how the government… works. No one cares about it.
