So grateful for the staff here. I feel like the new front desk staff are so welcoming. My counselor is great but sad to see them leave. Danica is one of my fave nurses there. I enjoy when the manager does things for us… like the pancake breakfast or donuts. You’ve really saved my life.

I’m beyond frustrated with this methadone clinic. The staff lacks proper training and professionalism; one even picked a fight with me over a mix-up, accusing me of dodging rules when I was following another staff… member’s instructions! This place completely ignores SAMHSA’s 2024 guidelines, sticking to rigid, one-size-fits-all policies that feel like trading a drug habit for “liquid handcuffs.” They deny extra take-home doses if you miss group sessions, even if you’re working 65-hour weeks and struggling to balance dosing, groups, and a job. Too often, I’m forced to choose between keeping my job and making it to the clinic. These harsh rules make recovery tougher, not easier. SAMHSA’s guidelines push flexibility to help patients, backed by studies showing that expanded take-homes during COVID improved retention and autonomy without spikes in overdoses or diversion. So why is this clinic stuck in the past? Check the SAMHSA website for the actual guidelines; this place needs a serious overhaul! If you’re not already on methadone or years into treatment, steer clear of this clinic. It’ll disrupt your job and life without caring about your recovery. Treatment should be a right, not a reward!

Look let's be honest first coming in can be hard and scary to do but the clinic staff and counselers will do everything they can to help you get better but you also have to want it. The front desk staff is great, the… doseing nurses are kind and knowledgeable. And the Nurse or doctor who helps you get to your dose is amazing and really wants you to get to an amount that can help you. Even the Security is Amazing at his job as people come in and he's great them you can really tell that the bit of positive interaction they get when they're welcomed in really matters to some people in treatment. The consolers are amazing I've had a few different ones and they all are great and want you to succeed. My current is Patrick and he's probably one of the best I've had being in treatment since I was 16 or 17 on and off until now at 25 and I've got to say it's been almost a year and Its been one of the best years for my realtionship with my family and rebuilding myself that I've had due to the support from the amazing clinic staff if you genuinely feel like you need the help to recover who you are from the mistakes you've made in the past they're is no better place to go. Other places seem so cold and mechanical like a convery belt to dose where as the program here truly feels like they want all of us to heal. I'd give it more stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

LVCTC is a great place to get help if you need & want it. The staff is friendly and most of the nurses & counselors are caring. They also have numerous groups each day to help you through. I LOVE my counselor & have… grown tremendously since I started here. If you're interested & serious about getting help with your addiction, LVCTC is definitely the place to go! Been going to this clinic for almost 3 years and between the other 3 clinics I’ve been to out of state this one by far is the absolute best. Robert, my treatment counselor, is very caring and on top of everything. He is… definitely the best counselor I’ve ever had in my 6 years of treatment. All the staff is friendly and encouraging. Thank you Robert for all you do and thank you to all the CTC staff at the clinic.

I have been a patient at Las Vegas Comprehensive Treatment Center for several years now and it has been an amazing experience. I have been a patient at several different methadone clinics in the Las Vegas Valley… starting in 2012. This is the first clinic that I have gone to that I have had such a profound experience with. I have an absolutely incredible counselor, who is so supportive and so easy to relate to. She has been one of the main reasons why I NEVER want to leave and transfer to another clinic. I was going through some difficulties in my personal life and this clinic was able to assist me with the financial means to pay the rent, that I was unable to pay on my own for several months. They were able to give me a check for over $3500 to pay my landlord, so I wouldn’t lose my housing. This clinic is so incredibly caring and compassionate for the patients that go there it’s almost unbelievable!! Things are finally beginning to fall in place for me now and I owe a great deal of my life going so great to this clinic and the incredible staff here. I finally began getting my take home privileges a few months ago and I am only a couple weeks away from getting my weekly take home privileges. Things are really going well and I am extremely grateful for everything that this clinic has done to assist me in putting my life back together in some sort of working order again. Thank you!!

This clinic has changed my life. I am so grateful for the help provided. The director and other leadership helped me with my takehomes. The counseling staff is super knowledgeable too. I enjoy the nurse engagement when… I dose. They are always fun to talk to. It's sad seeing discruntal reviews because that does not reflect this place at all. I highly recommend coming here.

The staff is beyond amazing. This place will get you your life back. They are the light at the end of the tunnel. The counselors, nurses and even security are all amazing and super awesome. I’m a regular guy who thought… getting clean was for rich people only. Wrong! They not only care about everyone here but as long as you’re willing to get help they will take great care of you. I finally have control of my life again and I could never thank ya”ll enough. With all my heart thank you!!!

The staff is so very Helpful. The Security keeps everyone safe & makes sure that the entire office is running well while we wait in line. I really like all the Counselors & the front office staff as well. I am so happy… I chose this clinic.

Nikki and Christina in the front office are amazing they are so kind and helpful from the time I walked in till I left they are informative and are so helpful they are quick as well they treat you like people now when… you get to the back Sarai and Estefania are amazing they are also so helpful for the first time in a long time I felt like I mattered like I was a person lastly dayday the security so welcoming and friendly he holds the door when u come it so nice and polite to everyone , when coming out of addiction there’s a lot going on , going into this clinic reminded me there’s still people who wanna help thank you ctc Las Vegas u beat the rest you guys are outstanding

I’ve never been somewhere where I’ve gotten such great and fast service I need to take the time to first start with the nurse here she gets it done I have to do seperate reviews because each employee here deserves there… own applause if you wanna go anywhere come here the security here also it’s like the people here actually like there jobs there really top place I’ve been to I won’t go anywhere else

I’ve been with 2 outpatient facilities-lifetime. This was the 2nd and I really wish I would have came here first. I came here after 3 years clean and a relapse. I was feeling lowest of the low and questioning everything… in myself. Now, I didn’t jump back on the straight and arrow so easily this time but I will say CTC has given me and continues to give me every tool possible to build on recovery, feel stronger, and have another chance at life. I’ve never once felt judged. Honestly, I’ve only ever felt empathy, compassion, and a real willingness to help from everyone I’ve come in contact with here. From the girls at the front desk, to the dosing nurses, the security guard, and the counselors doing the group therapy. They’ve all been there for me in some way. And most importantly my counselor Goldie, and peer support specialist Tonya O. Goldie (my counselor) has been with me through relapse, lots of emotional sessions, and turning the corner. She takes the time to call me, check up on me, and really reminds me why I want to fight the fight everyday. Tonya O (peer support specialist) was there for me in my most desperate time and really was the last link between me giving up or putting on a brave face and giving everyday the best I’ve got. Those 2 ladies there are what I really needed to believe in myself again. Lv CTC has been everything that I envisioned when I told myself “I need to get help” and actually got it - from everyone here. Thank you guys. See you tomorrow!

This place is truly capable of changing lives. The medication is just a piece of it... there are many resources available for those willing to do the work & desire to change their situation. This clinic is ran by people… who truly care & will help you endlessly.

I LOVE COMING HERE! YOU WILL TO! Don’t be afraid to make the first step toward a new YOU! Love the staff! I have been coming here for a while and they will treat you with respect and kindness. I can’t say enough about the people here I worked with Tonya Osborn and she helped me out with some things I can’t thank her enough for all she did She took a lot of stress off me They really go out of their way to help… If you need help go see them I give them 5 stars They also have a payment plan to help you get the care you need. Again OUTSTANDING!!! These people really care .. As well as helping you get through your medical needs

This was my first methadone clinic experience, so i was sure to check the reviews and comments about this place before going for the first time. Most reviews were positive about the help provided and the staff. I did… see a couple reviews stating staff was rude and the clinic was overall unhelpful to addicts looking for same day help. Let me say, my experience was more than I could of asked for. I showed up withdrawing and nervous. My nerves were put at ease almost immediately when i was first uber'd to the clinic after i chickened out and miss my bus and appointment that morning. They called me and had an uber pick me up even though I was 2hrs late for my appointment. Then when i arrived, staff was so nice and made sure i was as comfortable as I could be. It was quick and i was dosed same day and feeling better within an hr of my dose. I am writing this review unprovoked by anyone at the facility. Which is new to me, im not one to take time out of my day to write reviews. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are struggling and need help taking the first step to recovery. I hope more people find this place as helpful as I did.

The LVCTC is an absolute gem!!! Great people! They have helped so much in my recovery! Helped me get back on my meds and even helped me get an apartment! I cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done. This is… recovery!

I think this is the best clinic in vegas
