Worst experience I've ever had. For a program that claims to be Christian-based, I saw very little of the compassion, grace, and understanding that Christianity is supposed to represent. My experience left me… disappointed, frustrated, and questioning the leadership and culture of this organization. One of my biggest concerns was the treatment of residents. I witnessed people being removed from the program over what appeared to be minor issues, then left standing on the side of the road or at a Walmart with all of their belongings, uncertain of where they would go next. Some were given very little time to leave before law enforcement was involved. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe people in recovery deserve dignity, compassion, and basic human decency. I also had serious concerns regarding certain staff members. Based on my own observations and interactions, I felt that Bryan displayed attitudes and behavior that I perceived as discriminatory and unprofessional. It was troubling to see him in a position of authority despite concerns that have been raised about his conduct in the past. As for Chase, who refers to himself as a pastor, he has absolutely no anointing! I know a preacher, & he’s definitely not one! I struggled to see the qualities I personally associate with pastoral leadership. In my experience, he often came across as rude, dismissive, lacking compassion, and disconnected from the needs of the men he was supposed to be serving. A title alone does not make someone a pastor. You have to be called by God to preach this Gospel. I don’t even believe he even had an outside engagement since he’s been there. True ministry requires humility, patience, wisdom, and a genuine love for people. What bothered me most was being told that attending my first cousin's funeral could result in my dismissal from the program. That conversation spoke volumes to me about the lack of empathy within the leadership. Moments like that reveal a person's character far more than any sermon ever could. All his sermons are AI generated! That’s not God ! I come from an old-school church background where ministers were trained, mentored, and proven over time before stepping into positions of spiritual authority. In my opinion, there is a significant difference between holding a license and possessing a genuine calling. Not everyone who carries a title carries the responsibility, character, or spiritual maturity that should accompany it. Many residents openly expressed dissatisfaction with the preaching and leadership. Attendance often appeared to be driven more by obligation than inspiration. When people consistently leave services feeling disconnected rather than encouraged, that should prompt serious self-reflection from leadership. I do want to acknowledge Preston, the director. In my experience, he was respectful, approachable, and professional. He was one of the few bright spots during my time there. My hope is that he takes a closer look at the concerns many residents have expressed and makes the changes necessary to improve the program. At the end of the day, God sees how people are treated when no one else is watching. Positions, titles, and authority do not exempt anyone from accountability. My prayer is that this organization reevaluates its leadership, embraces genuine compassion, and remembers that people come to recovery programs seeking help, hope, and healing, not judgment, humiliation, or indifference. I could write much more, but I'll leave it at this: based on my experience, I would not recommend this program.

This is Timothy Allen Smith posting I was in this program for a small amount of time. A very great and friendly staff helping you to a new start. All you have to do is believe in your self. I pray some day they will… give me a second chance.
