Treatment Centers LLC – Salisbury

Place is garbage 2 hr wait to dose. This post is new this place is still garbage. I missed 2 days because of snow came back to a lower dosage, which is normal, came back the following day, knowing another snow storm was… coming, so I ask the nurse to change my weekly dose schedule from Tuesday to Friday, which the day was Friday and I was at my maintenance dosage, also keep in mind many nurses had done this for me no problem many times. The nurse said when I asked I can try but it would be hard and take me some time but it was possible if I wanted to do it. So because of a new snow storm I decided to stay I talked to my counselor who was helpful said she got me covered on her side ,talked to the director was helpful said she had me covered, my counselor then said just ask the nurse to patch into the doctor and tell him what was going on all of this took 1 hr and 1/2 . When I asked her she didn't call the the doctor,who was there .She went straight to the director and refused. The director then gave me an excuse saying if I were to do it I'd get take homes from Friday to Monday, which would be the big snow day which I couldn't get there and then get take homes from Monday to Friday and then start my Friday weekly, keep in mind if the director actually looked into it she would see multiple nurses multiple times had changed my weekly schedule multiple times without her or my counselor or the doctors being involved at all. Then comes the snow I show up at 7 am but no call no text they never tell me the clinic is opening at 9. So I go home 40 minutes away only to come back to wait 1 and 1/2 hours to dose and still have to come back 3 days later when they know another snow storm is coming. So I'm now done all I want to do is sign my release papers so I can just change clinics because Rowan treatment and associates is full of lies . Then they hit me with another I can't sign my release forms not until i go to my new clinic and get there name all there info and bring it to them so they legally help me. To the director, doctors , and counselors look into it you will see how many times I e switched my weekly dose schedule with no problems. So when you do you'll understand why I'm done with your clinic excuse after excuse without understanding Ive been through this before. To any new patient thinking of joining Salisbury has multiple clinics at least 1 other on the same road. The only good thing about this clinic is it has a decent male doctor,I don't know his name , other than that it's problem after problem and nobody willing to admit they've done wrong, but God forbid you mess up, you'll understand then or at least when the lines out the door you live far away and you got one nurse.

GOD PLEASE LET ANOTHER METHADONE CLINIC OPEN NEAR SOON.....WAIT OVER 4 hrs update I thought I already did this but they have actually got things running good and smooth and please get help IF U WANT TO GET CLEAN FOR… YOURSELF AND YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO they go above and beyond to help you in any way they can!

Okay just wanted to update my review since it's been a while.... back to great service and friendly staff!! We got new nurses and they have made a world of difference, the clinic runs so much smoother now and we don't… have to listen to ppl complain about the job cause the nurses we have now seem to really love the job and care about us as ppl.. also let me just say I absolutely love the woman that runs the lab now she is flipping amazing and such a sweet and caring person! So glad we have got our clinic back!

I've been with RTA for over 10 years and have seen a lot of changes, good and bad, over that time. A bit of my story first, I had several back surgeries and was on Percocet, fentanyl patches, and demerol all prescribed… for several years. When time came to cease medications, my surgeon did not taper me down and instead told me to deal with it. RTA was there for me when nothing else was. I have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect by all staff. I have had several major health problems during my time and these people never failed to make sure that I was receiving the best care I possibly could. Yes, sometimes there are long waits, but there's shortages of nurses in every health care setting across the nation. People don't realize what these nurses go through dealing with several hundred patients a day, some not too happy most of the time, and even people screaming at them to do their job faster. As a retired health care professional myself, I empathize with these nurses and until you've done their job you have no right to criticize. Once these nurses have underwent their extensive training you can get in and out in minutes. The counselors I know there at present are some of the best and most caring people I've had the pleasure to get to know and they have helped me tremendously. Also, I would like to point out one extremely special person, Renita Wallace. She started as my counselor years ago and is now the Program Director. I have never met a person as genuine, kind, and caring as she is. She saved my life as I was going through my health issues in the last 5 years. She even helped my son (with my permission) through these last years. I honestly don't know where I would be without this wonderful lady. She's the best thing that has ever happened to RTA and I hope RTA realizes what they have in her. One last thing, thank you, Holly for also putting up with me over the years even when I couldn't tolerate myself! Thank you to all staff, you've been most wonderful to me!

This place has given me my life back! Everyone here is very understanding and friendly, I don't feel judged. Although it may not be ideal for some, it's better than the alternative. I am able to live a 'normal' life… now. On a side note, I just won a free raffle and got all of these goodies. If you are struggling, I would suggest just speaking with them and doing your research to see if it can help change your life too.

I useta go dire to and I just loved it I toad em I was a dikted to tramadol I been hooked on tramadol for 30 years and Dat stuff had done and took over my life but day wooting start me out on but 30 MG but by the end of… Dat dire first week day done had me takingĥ 135 MG and I loved it and it helped me get off tramadol but now day got me hooked on there methadone but yea dem nurses is slower than a dang couple of old Sloths it took em and hour and forty minutes to get me my dose the last time iz up ire day dab jam slow and day wanted me to put my cigarette out before I got back in the building Dat ain't rite ya know it

I stopped coming here, I would not recommend this place to anybody trying to get actual help, I normally don't do reviews but the way this place treats their clients I had to say something, I recommend brightview its… right down the road from this place they actually care about you, I went to brightview at 1pm they close at 2, they stayed after they closed til 5pm just to help me because I was withdrawing from the 100mg methadone I was being given at this place, I had to force myself to go cold turkey for 6 days before I felt like enough time had gone by before I could take a suboxone, One time I even went to rowan treatment and my debit card was having issues this is after 4 months of going btw, they wouldn't even see me at rowan treatment, brightview didn't even charge me, and on top of that the nurses at rowan treatment are terrible people, it doesn't take 20 minutes to dose 1 person, their back there playing around not taking their jobs seriously, It would take me 2 seconds to do my dose then leave why would I wait 4 hours just to dose lol, i'm pretty sure its because they know the people going there have to take their medicine so their gonna come anyway no matter how you treat them. I'm just glad i'm clean now, I'm starting to feel like my old self again, even tho I felt like id never feel normal again. Sobriety is the Best way to live, having to come here every morning was awful. You couldn't pay me to go here again, and I would not recommend this place to anybody that actually wants to get actual help.

I have been going to this clinic for several years and we finally have someone in charge who truly cares about the patients, staff and overall environment of the facility. Given the circumstances of this establishment… being shorthanded, Ranita (The director) has been amazing with dealing with patients as they get irritated or agitated because of the wait time due to shortage of nurses. She has helped not only myself, but others I know as well to the best of her capabilities which I haven’t seen anything she isn’t capable of doing. I feel as if she’s not given enough credit for the change she’s brought since becoming director. Secondly, Lashonda, Kellen, and the doctor have also been amazing. If I have any issue going on, everyone works as a team to help resolve whatever the issue may arise. I strongly recommend for anyone interested in MAT treatment to give this place a chance, it is literally lifesaving. Laken Hall

This place is a joke they don’t care about anything but your money

Been attending 3 plus years at this facility have seen several directors and I thought this last one was going to be a good one until today one of the coldest days we had to go up there ever the lady chose to break her… own rules and then she went on to lie and to get the nurse to lie with her except the nurse told us she wasn't going to tell us no lie that the lady allowed people to jump line and when we asked why we weren't being served she said oh you had a hold we didn't see or it was a computer glitch that was a lie she chose to send take homes for the two line jumpers from the nurse and she also told her to put them in front of other people who had been there waiting for 2 plus hours since 4:15 in the cold but the biggest issue here is I'm in recovery and I'm trying to do things right and I had a lot of respect for this woman because I thought she cared the last thing I would have ever thought is that she would lie blatantly to us could have told us the truth these things happening in the leader would you like and then try have one of your co-workers and get them to lie you can check this by the time of the day which is Friday January 23rd 2025 it happened around 5:45 a.m. there was only one nurse working and there were several of us that had been there since 4:00 a.m. in the morning patiently waiting and doing things the correct way but she chose to tell us a lie and I for one would never share anything else with her because I don't trust her anymore so she's really messed up my whole thinking about the clinic now I'm sure I'm not the only one that's going to file the grievance today but the nurse that was working she said if I were you guys it's never going to change until you take the procedures to make it change I would like to be contacted to know what's going on with this please thank you and have a nice day

They are great and they have helped me so much

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 3 years now, and I know. Trust me I do… It’s no secret that This location is NOT without its problems, the extremely high turnover rate for all, including the nurses, doctors and… counselors is obviously an issue. And the nurses, counselors and even the last doctor have no shame and giving their thought on why things are how are they are. To really anyone that will listen. But the TWO people that are really keeping this entire clinic afloat is Ranita, and of course the most charismatic, caring and loving Lashonda. (Plus a small hand full of literally maybe 2 or 3 other counselors that continue to stick it out, and show they care) Judging by the rowdy, disrespectful, ignorant and immature crowd that are here literally every mourning complaining about SOMETHING and the verbal beating on the daily that theses folks hand out breaks my heart for them especially here lately since we’ve been down to 1 nurse. I haven’t a clue to what anyone here make$, but I’m absolutely certain it’s not nearly enough. Ppl are always so quit to complain and never quick enough to praise. That’s where I like to come in. :). I love leaving incredible reviews instead of constantly being negative leaving nasty ones. That you all for saving my life and Ranita, thank you for always being there to listen to me for absolutely ANY reason at ANY time. I hope you know that in times of darkness, there are clients here that do indeed see the positive and the love and hope that you two bring in here every morning. Get help! No excuses!

I think everyone I've dealt with here has been very caring . No place is perfect and sometimes misunderstandings happen. Try to be a little more tolerant of others.

This place has been so kind and supportive very helpful. I have a great counselor and if I have any questions. I am on a high dose it took time to get the right dose but all of the stuff doctors nurses has been amazing… and so supportive. It feels great to have my life,family, friends back. I don’t have to worry about withdrawal just take it daily and live life. Thank you to all the people at Salisbury N.C.

What is the highest mg of Methadone you can get at this particular clinic? I've been to another clinic, for years, but my case is severe and unique, which led me to be on a really unusually high dose, so I'm trying to… learn if this place would even be worth all the work and time it would take to get in??

Best place just give it a chance you won’t regret it!!! Great counselors and staff even receptionists. This place has honestly saved my life and my family. My husband and I both are patients at this clinic. Yes they are… all there to support and help you but also give you control on how your recovery goes and makes you feel so comfortable! Nobody and no place is perfect but they are as close as it gets. I will forever be thankful for everything they do for my family!

I just got clean from fent and so did a friend of mine and I think this methadone treatment has worked so much better fir ne than suboxone. I'll never go back to suboxone I relapsed constantly on suboxone but now I'm… clean with no cravings for dope and I can now focus on my sobriety and don't have to worry bout my cravings being severe enough too relapse I finally feel normal again. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be getting methadone treatment this us exactly the kind of help I needed!

Christy Smith was phenomenal. I am located in the South Florida area and had an issue that needed a resolution ASAP. She was very helpful, professional and kind. Though I am sure this is unethical, Rowan should clone… her and just staff her throughout all of their treatment centers. Superb individual.
