Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
I have been going to Brightview since last November. Over the time that I’ve been going I feel like I have made very good friends there. They are very understanding and listen to whatever you have to talk about and help… you.
They blackball people and take advantage of people for trying to get help I went up there for 3 weeks I paid $100 every week maybe the first week or maybe it was the second week I was a little bit low on cash and so… they only gave me half of what I'm supposed to get and then schedule me an appointment the same week while I paid $100 I get a bill now telling me I am a whole bunch of money when they told me it's 100 week they say no you're supposed to pay $400 a month no matter what I only went up there for 3 weeks as I was waiting for my intake at Daymark despicable they liars and it's all about money shady practices i payed weekly I've been there for 3 weeks I paid $300 and I stopped going after my Daymark appointment open well they're trying to bill me for 2 months and I haven't been there but for 3 weeks and I've paid my 100 Week Shady practices they're taking money and getting rich off of people who are recovering in the false pretense of helping people
They r so amazing people that work there. They have saved my life. I can talk to them about anything. I give them more than a 5 star. I love this place. Best place I have went to and will continue to go to. Very… understanding and does not judge u for nothing.
Been here a since they have been open they are great...the people that work in the office really care for you...
Great people that care about you and easy in and out
Bright view is the best place I've ever been great staff and very helpful
Awesome, caring staff. Comfortable atmosphere. This place is literally heaven-sent! -FINALLY FREE FROM FENTANYL!!
I came here strictly for pain management until I found a pain clinic that would actuallylisten to me so that I could continue to be on the medication that I was previpusly on. I told their counselor AND the doctor I… spoke with through video conference this. The doctor didn't even want to give me the medication because I do not have substance abuse issues, but, he asked me a few more questions, and through coaxing, he decided to go ahead and put me on Suboxone. Jump to 3 weeks later... I go to a new pain clinic and he listens to me, and asks me to get a discharge letter from Brightview so that he could send my prescription in. TWO days later, I was finally able to get that letter sent to the new doctor. The following day after that, my doctor calls me and said that he received the letter, but that they were ADAMANT that I continue to stay at Brightview for "substance abuse." Me and the doctor are absolutely confused by this. And I am livid!! WHY would your counselor tell my new doctor this, knowing full well that I do NOT have a substance abuse issue?! Especially without speaking to the doctor there first? It is completely unprofessional and in my opinion, unethical. After speaking with someone at the facility, I hope they make things right. I gave it 3 stars because of the friendly staff and because the doctor was very helpful and understanding in a time of need.
The staff here are so polite and curtious!
I tried to call the direct office to give my feedback however they do not provide a direct number and the call center claims they can not connect me so a review it is. I am curious how much experience your office has… with people in ACTIVE ADDICTION. After month and months of trying to convince my loved one to go into an impatient program I finally convinced him and was able to set up an appointment with Brightview under the impression they were inpatient, they are not, no worries. My issue is that when they saw someone coming in willing to go to a 28 day INPATIENT program, bags in hand, made arrangements for this with family/children/work etc, openly admitting they use hard drugs and need help, their suggestion was for him to try a ONE DAY A WEEK OUTPATIENT program through them instead of sending them to the inpatient facility they said they would use as a SECOND option. SOMEONE WHO OPENLY ADMITTED THEY USE HARD DRUGS MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK IF NOT DAILY., THAT IS NOT HOW THIS WORKS. Do you know how the "normal" treatment process works? NORMALLY its detox, INPATIENT, then outpatient/halfways and for some BRIGHT idea you thought someone ACTIVELY USING DRUGS BEGGING FOR HELP only needed ONE day a week therapy??? What do they do the other 6 days? Or in the wee hours of the morning when their addiction is screaming at them??? Let me tell you that once willing addict went home and used that whole week waiting on the one day a week class Brightview so kindly offered. Luckily he is still alive however you could have cost him his life due to your poor suggestions as he is new to recovery and was relying on YOU to have the right suggestions. I would encourage your team to stop worrying about the insurance payment they get and think of the drug addict begging for help needing guidance to SAVE THEIR LIFE!!!! I wonder how many people you offered the same ONE CLASS PER WEEK to that ODed when they left because they needed INPATIENT that you thought would be best as a second choice!
